No heat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has been repaired twice in 2 years and 5 months. Same problem. Dryer stops heating and won't dry. Will never buy another LG product.

Great Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They hold so much more clothes than I thought they would. They are beautiful. Wash and Dry great. Best thing ever, is that they play a tune when done and it makes me happy!!!!!

Washer is always hot

Wish doors were reversible.

Husband and I were very excited to buy this unit for our small space. Luckily we saw a review right before buying that said the doors weren't reversible. LG please make a right swing option - our small space doesn't work with left swing.
