[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to wait a little over a month to receive this laundry unit because they were all out of stock, but it was worth the wait. It looks beautiful and fit exactly as planned, so the measurements provided were spot on. It is extremely heavy, but once in place, I have no plans to move it again. I have really only done 8-10 loads so far, and I used the presets for all the loads, but everything came out perfectly. This unit is so superior in every way to the unit it replaced, there's really no comparison. I can't imagine that anyone would be disappointed with this wash tower.

Brand new dryer throwing d90 codes even with vent disconnected meaning it's an obvious problem with the dryer itself. What a waste of money. Do not buy. LG support trys to tell me it's my duct work, but again the error persists even when the vent is unplugged, meaning it's a problem with the dryer itself. They are no help.

We bought this 2 months ago to replace a broken washer of a different brand. Since we only have space for a stack system, I was excited about this unit, especially with a center control panel. So far the washer seems to clean decently though I haven't had any stains to wash out yet. The center control panel is very convenient. I was very disappointed to discover that the Fresh Care and Delay options that I had on my old machine, don't seem to be available. Nor can you program a customized setting. In theory, I could use the remote start as a pseudo delay option, but that assumes I will remember to turn it on later when I am out and about. On the dryer, I generally use the wrinkle care option. This is not on by default (not even in the permanent press option) nor does it remember the setting when I add it so I have to remember every time to add it. One benefit is that you can add it after you've started a cycle. The unit is supposed to recognize the settings I use often and automatically add them in time but that hasn't happened yet. Lastly, I find the LG ThinQ app disappointing and frustrating in the sense that you cannot modify the washer settings from the app. You can choose the various pre-programmed cycles provided but you cannot tweak them to add an extra rinse cycle, add wrinkle care to the dryer cycle, etc. I contacted customer service with some of these issues and never received a response. The system works well enough, but these various features, or lack of them, add up to creating a frustrating experience.

No mechanical buttons or knobs Easy to use features. This product comes with wireless connectivity which I can't see myself ever using but other wise I have no other complains.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer/dryer combo over a month ago and I am extremely pleased with it! I live in a condo where there is limited space under the stairs for a washer/dryer combo. After measuring over 20 times and removing the door to the room, I knew that my old school stackable would be counting down its’ days. I went from breaking up my laundry loads to wash in the small top load washer, to now being able to wash a single load. By the way, my KING SIZE comforter fits too! This unit is silent, sleek, and superb! I absolutely love this unit and would recommend it to anyone who has a limited amount of space for laundry. We no longer have to sacrifice an updated design for the outdated look of the past. 

This unit seems to have the ability to wash and dry well. It lacks any semblance of user control to truly maximize any of its potential. The default settings are a joke. Even worse, the lack of customization of its app settings is even worse. For the amount of money spent on this unit, I am completely dumbfounded on the lack of control I have over it. Almost every piece of clothing, blanket, or other item we buy today, has one simple instruction; machine wash cold and tumble dry low. This doesn't change based on how heavy duty or heavily soiled the load is. I feel completely ripped off having bought this unit for the money. LG needs to add a fully customizable cycle to its app. Until such time, nobody in their right mind should consider buying this over priced under productive device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our laundry space requires stacked units, and when our Samsung dryer began to fail, I found the LG stacked unit. The experience of using them up to this point has been very positive! The motor noise etc., is kept under control and the cycles are significantly shorter than what was the norm with the Samsung machines. The Smart features are nice, though I have not delved into those much yet.

From the quiet operation, to the integrated app with specialty settings and the AI that hasn't once left a load to wet or not clean enough. Everything about this unit is A+++

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased, in general, with this combo. My only dislike is that it does not have enough non wi-fi options. I a sensitive to elecrtro-magnetic frequencies and do not use wi-fi. I use an ethernet connection which is just as fast and safer too. I don't want to have to download an additional option. The cycles seems too long for most normal settings. On the plus side, it is quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This could possibly be the BEST washer/dryer EVER. The ease of operation is surprising. It sings and it visually stunning. Very pleased from the time of purchase, to deliver and installation. I required a new electrical outlet and after the electrician took care of it LG delivery company came out a second time and finished the installation. Will definitely be recommending this product to anyone who will listen. Just fabulous!!
