[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used it yet but never thought in a million years the doors would not be reversible! Now I am stuck with it. The area where it needs to go fits it perfectly, but the doors need to open from left to right. There is plenty of space to open the door completely if it was left to right but right to left will only allow them to open partially due to a fixed obstruction. I am so bummed right now.

This was the 1st major purchase of our home and has now become the most regretful one. After researching many other brands & models we found this one to be the perfect 1 for our new home. Which also included the customer service from LG that we were looking for leading us to make this purchase. But after only 6 months of owning the appliances we have now experienced multiple issues with the washer and dryer. These issues did create an inconvenience. But after reviewing the quality of customer service LG would provide we were assured it would be resolved effectively. Which has not been the case since we have reported the issue to LG. We have now been without washer and dryer for over a month. Which is now also cost us additional out of pocket expenses and inconvenience. By having to wash at the laundromat, during this long overdue experience from this purchase from LG. The repairman has visited several times with each repair not finding any solution. Instead of replacing into brand new ones without issues. We are now going into 2 months of waiting for replacement parts with new appliances that we should not have these type of troubles with this soon. To add insult to injury the rest of our brand new appliances we have purchased for our kitchen and home are also LG as well. Which is very concerning being if we have any issues with those appliances that this is the type of customer service we will receive in turn. I feel that this may be the last time we will ever purchase LG if this matter is not corrected very soon. I truly hope LG can expedite & resolve this matter to regain my assurance in products, customer service, & brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wash tower is a excellent choice I had two appliances taking up space this gave me enough room for a clothes folding table and nice laundry soap storage I have had a few washing machines over the last 35 years this one by far gives you the most clean clothes I've ever had come out of any washer by a long shot they smell good without scented detergents I use plant based detergents for my septic system and no fabric softners..I like that your phone alerts you clothes are washed and dried and you can even turn it off and on with your phone..The dryer is good but for some reason doing bedding I have to run on very dry to ensure my comforter has no damp spots when the dry cycle is complete.. If your on the fence I wouldn't hesitate to buy again very quiet very nice and efficient

I've had this unit for around 18 months. I moved from a home with a large utility room to a larger home but with a utility closet that only accommodated a side by side and no room for anything else. I bought the LG stack and freed enough space for a folding table. The LG is the best laundry unit I have ever owned. The size is large enough to accommodate the family laundry. I love its efficiency; its capacity; it is fast and washes/dries everything loaded into it. The multiple modes, fantastic cycles will take care of every situation. I've done a lot of laundry over the decades. This LG is the best laundry machine I've ever owned.

I bought this through lg because it comes with an installation. It's been 3 weeks and 4 visits with their installers and it still isn't installed properly. Lg offered a 1 time inconvenience amount after 1 week but now after 3, I plan on getting my own installers and they are not able to help more. I don't plan on ever buying lg again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have done about 10 loads of laundry with my new machine. The machine is very quiet and I don't even realize it is on. The cycles are energy efficient but do not compromise on the quality of performance! The unit is very spacious for bedding as well. The smart feature is an added touch that makes the chore of washing clothes a breeze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's ok. I don't need all of the bells and whistles (and they don't seem to even work that well). I needed something with a very specific set of dimensions and this fit the bill. I'll see if it has some longevity. That's the real test.

The products require extra maintenance. The top ice maker requires chopping the ice at least 3 times a week, the water filter assembly required replacement, the washing machine requires the most maintenance, with draining the system often, otherwise the drainage water starts to smell! Never had these issues with similar products from other manufacturers Purchased a service contract with direct LG, another problem to get LG service rep

No matter how little laundry detergent you put in the machine randomly determines there are too many suds and the load continues forever until the machine randomly determines there are no suds. The worst feature ever is when the stupid machine displays "SUD" and then runs for fully another hour. The worst part is that I'm using HE detergent and I'm filling it WELL below the max fill line...literally using only two tablespoons of detergent. I hate that the machine holds my laundry hostage because it WRONGLY believes that there are too many suds. This is the worst machine I've ever purchased. I hate it with a passion.

We have been using this unit for about 8 months now with no issues and it makes out life so much easier and saved us on a lot of space. All the features it has is extremely helpful on doing all the different types of laundry also. We would recommend this product to anyone, thank you LG.
