[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were redoing our laundry closet and wanted stacked laundry, but fell in love with the sleek design of this unit. Not only is it shorter than stacking two separate units with stacking kits, it's way sleeker and fixes the issue of having controls for the machine on top being too tall to reach by placing all controls in the center touch-bar. We LOVE the machines. Super quiet, efficient, and clean and dry clothes so much better than the 10 year old LG set we replaced. Overall a huge upgrade and makes laundry much quicker and easier than before, and we now have closet space next to the machine for storage and coats that we can actually reach!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adds about one quart of water the whole wash cycle I use very little soap. One tablespoon ..and the soap never comes out. I add 3 extra rinses and it still has soap in it. No matter the size of the load

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the WKEX200HBA wash tower and professional install and the new dryer doesn’t work right out of the box. Hope this is not a sign of things to come. So now have to wait another week to get the new unit and take this new unit back.

Warranty doesn't cover and extended warranty at the time of purchase was ludicrously expensive. Beware if you buy this product, get the extended warranty because it will break. Cheap quality, go with a different brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't used it yet but never thought in a million years the doors would not be reversible! Now I am stuck with it. The area where it needs to go fits it perfectly, but the doors need to open from left to right. There is plenty of space to open the door completely if it was left to right but right to left will only allow them to open partially due to a fixed obstruction. I am so bummed right now.

We selected the in home delivery option and needed to have the product delivered to the third floor. There was nowhere to specify delivery location during initial shipping. When the crew showed up they said they needed a 4 man crew to get the washer up the stairs. It's been 5 weeks and we haven't been able to get the delivery crew to get the washer to the third floor. LG support was useless in assisting us and referred us the delivery partner, the delivery partner support has been horrible. Right now the machine is useless taking up space unplugged in the downstairs entry, thus 1 star.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this tower for maybe 7-8 months and it is covered in scratches. From what??? The only thing we can think of is maybe zippers and buttons from our kids clothes??? Why would this scratch so easy??? We are very very disappointed because we designed our laundry room around this machine. We would like it replaced. We live in a brand new home and this looks like a used machine. Sooooo horrible!! As far as functionality we are pleased outside of a few small features we can’t seem to figure out.

Our 4 year old Samsung washer started having problems with stopping during various Our I had purchased matching Samsung washer/dryer 4 years ago and had problems with the washer. A technician came out and determined there was a short problem. He said he would order the part and come back out in a week. We then received a letter from Lowe's saying it would cost more to repair it than it was worth so they refunded our purchase price. I'm not buying anymore Samsung appliances since I've had nothing but problems with them. This situation required me to do some research for a new washer. We had stacked our Samsung washer and dryer due to limited space so I wanted another stackable combo unit. I decided to go with LG this time since I've had better luck with their products. I then found this new designed one piece washer/dryer unit so I purchased it from Home Depot this time (online purchase). This combo one-piece unit is 2 inches shorter than the previous Samsung washer/dryer stackable separate units and 1 inch less deep so it fit my space very well. I use a gas dryer and I did the installation myself and luckily no water or gas leaks! This single combo-unit runs well and they are quieter than the old Samsung separate units. I like the sleek design of this new LG combo unit and how the close the washer and dryer controls are. It looks very stylish and has operated very well so far. I would definitely recommend this unit for those who have space issues.

There is obviously a flaw in the product. Reading multiple reviews with same issue, I also recently returned this wash tower due to screeching noises coming from the washer when doing a load of laundry. Brand new tower and happened on first time using, after a tech looked at it and advised fixed. Happened following on every load after.

I love this machine with the exception that most of the wash cycles are in the Cloud and the app is designed by engineers not users. The cycles are hidden in some submenu. "Wash Cycles" should be a clear link on the first screen you see when you push on the tower. If some condition(s) like "Power on the washer" etc. must be met when you select "Wash Cycles" a pop-up should tell you. what to do,
