Our family said “no more steps”.. well we didn’t like that very much! We are in our 80’s and healthy but we did it and couldn’t be happier. Both washer and dryer run smoothly and hum quietly. Minimum water and drying time. So very pleased!

I love this machine with the exception that most of the wash cycles are in the Cloud and the app is designed by engineers not users. The cycles are hidden in some submenu. "Wash Cycles" should be a clear link on the first screen you see when you push on the tower. If some condition(s) like "Power on the washer" etc. must be met when you select "Wash Cycles" a pop-up should tell you. what to do,

The delivery/logistic company was terrible (the delivery people themselves were fast, friendly, and efficient). The machines are simple to use but there is a big lack of features/cycles compared to the traditional stacking units. The turbo wash feature is awful. Makes the washer loud and clunky and you cannot deselect this to customize your wash. The dryer is great. The machines are sleek to look at and the size of fantastic.

It is THE ONLY stacked combo we could find that has the controls for both the washer and the dryer in the center for easy access. Thank you, LG designers and engineers!!! All the other models we saw have the dryer controls on top of the stack, way beyond my reach. PLUS the controls are clear and easy to understand. AND it's quiet. AND the drums are as big as our old side-by-side washer and dryer. AND it sings a cheerful tune instead of ending a cycle with an annoying buzzer. Overall an excellent product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the largest stackable that I could find, as such is was close to the most expensive. But, if your looking for quality, you know the old saying - you get what you pay for. That's absolutely true with this unit. I have no regrets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had been considering stacking our washer/dryer, but that would have put the dryer controls out of reach of my wife. LG solved this bigtime with this WashTower unit. We have been using the WashTower about a month and are really happy with it. My wife is happy with the cleanliness of the clothes and how well both units work. The controls are simple without too many worthless options. Plus it is significantly quieter than the old washer/dryer we replaced. LG gets an A+ for this one!

I own 3 LG All in one washer dryers. and just bought the Tower 1 month ago. It has all the features of my beloved W/D all in one's. Although it is even quieter and cleans clothes fast with the addition of the steam technology during drying. This has made washing and drying easy and enjoyable, without all the wrinkles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Washtower for about 3 weeks now and have loved it! My wife and I love having the controls at the center of the unit removing the need to tip-toe reach up to use the dryer controls. The unit is incredibly quiet and stable when spinning- a large upgrade from our previous dated stacked unit which vibrated the whole house when spinning. Typically with high efficiency wash/dry units you 'agree' to a longer wash cycle, but we've been pleased that even with a FULL load that it took just over an hour to wash and less than that to dry. I gave it 4 stars on features because I have yet to figure out how to do a simple timed dry. Perhaps they deemed that cycle too inefficient given it bypass the moisture sensor.

washer is decent but the dryer is horrible because there is a flaw in the lint removal system. the rubber gasket on the door needs to be cleaned every load because it attracts lint/hair/sand. after dryer is done and you open the door..all lint falls 6o ground from the gasket....the worst

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this weeks ago and just love it. Should of had this design years ago for stacked washer dryer. Had optional side vent available for close area. That sealed the deal for me because our location for the appliance was limited space. Wife is short and would have required a step to reach the controls. These controls remove that need. Very smart.
