When I choose the small load option it will set to 30 minutes. However after about 2 minutes it shuts off. I read something about the dryer sensor can not sense the small amount of clothes or something like that. In the manual it says the small load option is for up to 3 items. Well then what is the point of the small load option if you need to fill up the dryer with more items for the sensor to work?! Also I haven't been able to get the wifi feature to work. The washtower looks good but for the cost I am not overly impressed with this unit so far.

This unit seems to have the ability to wash and dry well. It lacks any semblance of user control to truly maximize any of its potential. The default settings are a joke. Even worse, the lack of customization of its app settings is even worse. For the amount of money spent on this unit, I am completely dumbfounded on the lack of control I have over it. Almost every piece of clothing, blanket, or other item we buy today, has one simple instruction; machine wash cold and tumble dry low. This doesn't change based on how heavy duty or heavily soiled the load is. I feel completely ripped off having bought this unit for the money. LG needs to add a fully customizable cycle to its app. Until such time, nobody in their right mind should consider buying this over priced under productive device.

I have purchased the WKGX200HWA and it will soon be delivered. I was reading the INSTALLATION manual and it indicated the DRYER requires a DRAIN HOSE & CONNECTING SUPPLY HOSE that are NOT supplied. Is this true? If yes, what are the specifications/part numbers for these items?

I LOVE this system. The turbo wash makes it quicker to wash. The machine is not loud. It is a perfect size for my husband and I and all of the blankets we use for our two large dogs. I was disappointed when my washing machine died but now I’m glad it did. The unit is so much better than my prior washer dryer

This set was delivered to me yesterday and look very nice. I’m sure they’re going to work great. But the door is not reversible. The specs say it is, but is not. I chatted with LG Chat team 3 times. 1st time , lady couldn’t help and got disconnected. 2nd time- guy said it was reversible but no how-to instructions were given. After looking and trying to see if it was reversible, I chatted a 3rd. time and a lady said they’re Not Reversible. All other washer/dryers I’ve owned in the past have had reversible doors. I’m really surprised LG didn’t give this option on this set. It’s a little frustrating because of my laundry room set up, now doors will always be on my way while doing laundry. I did not get to see these displayed on the floor at the store. These were shown to me on a store computer screen. They looked very nice and sleek so I bought them. But the door swing is my frustration. SO BUYER BEWARE! Study the door swing and make sure it works for your laundry room set up before you buy these.

This machine barely provides any water even on the heaviest setting and constantly collects the dirt and scum in the lining of the machine it’s actually disgusting! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a 70 year old woman who has had a multitude of washers and dryers through my life - this is hands down my favorite washer and dryer ever! First, it looks like a million dollars (I ordered the black steel color). It is so sleek and elegant. Love the all digital controls in the middle. The capacity is larger than my previous full sized name brand stackables. I really appreciate the quiet operation since the unit is located in an open area right off my bedroom. The controls are very intuitive - I never had to read the instruction manual. Also, the washer can handle the tiniest load and still spin out all the excess water. I can't say how often I had to remove still dripping wet clothes from my previous washer because it was incapable of balancing small loads! It does a great job of washing and drying. Couldn't be any more pleased with it - GREAT DESIGN!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is no way to customize your washing and drying needs. The dryer mode either doesn't dry (ends the cycle early) OR it over dries. On the washer mode, most cotton or light weight clothes get extremely wrinkled (due to the advanced default spinning cycle) and they are permanent wrinkles and now I have to iron out everything. I HATE this unit.

Just bought this combo in order to save space. It washes and dries well. It does not allow choices, which had I known, I would have not chosen it. I use cold water for most washes; the only way I can get cold water is to wash everything as delicate. A normal load is only washable with hot water and hot dryer. If you are shopping, pay attention to features. Wish I had.
