So glad we decided on this LG unit. It is beautiful and so easy to use. Love the controls being in the middle for easy access. Washing and drying great, too! It is a little loud on the washing cycle, but we have ceramic tile now.

I own 3 LG All in one washer dryers. and just bought the Tower 1 month ago. It has all the features of my beloved W/D all in one's. Although it is even quieter and cleans clothes fast with the addition of the steam technology during drying. This has made washing and drying easy and enjoyable, without all the wrinkles.

Well this stacked set is better than my former stand alone set that cost twice as much. Drying time is so quick and washer is HUGE! Could not be happier with this. Bonus, I get constant comments on how beautiful my washer and dryer are so I no longer hate that my laundry closet is visible.

It’s easy to use and does a great job getting the clothes clean. The only complaint I have is that it doesn’t want to process tide pods, so I have had to go back to liquid. Other than that, I’m completely satisfied and would recommend this to anyone in the market for a new washer/dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best washer and dryer I have ever had. I love the tower style and don't feel like I am sacrificing working load size for the slimmed down design. This wash tower is super efficient in the load run times and I am still surprised at how quickly even the big loads get done.

This replaced a washer/dryer with intuitive control knobs, so it took some time and experimentation to do what I wanted. The touch sensitive controls are not as intuitive. For example, I found myself pressing the top and bottom ends of the high/low range settings before I eventually realized it was a simple switch that cycled through all of the settings. It also took me awhile to understand that by clicking on the Timed Dry control when it was not lit, caused it to light up and the Temp Dry setting stopped being lit up. It would probably be better if all of the feature settings were at least dimly lit, half way lit when not chosen, and brightly lit when chosen. Those that are not lit cannot be read at all on the black control panel. One thing I was able to do on the old knob controls was to be able to change certain things after starting the wash or dry. For instance, when I start the wash and realize that the temp is not where I wanted to set it, or I wanted to add more time to the time setting, or change the dryness level. I do like the quiet operation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had my set for a few weeks but so far I really like it; I needed a stackable for my space and was limited by the newer models because most have the controls on top. Being vertically challenged myself, I couldn't reach them without a stepstool. This set has the controls in the middle-- excellent feature! I also really like the quick/short wash cycle. The steam feature on the dryer is great too! The only thing I dislike is the dryer sensors. I use at-home dry cleaning (Dryell or similar) occasionally and this dryer won't let me set it for 10-15 minutes. It doesn't sense anything damp so it turns off after 1-2 minutes. Other than that, I really like the set!

Stacked machines make the dryer controls over my head. The machine is quiet, the notification sounds pleasant. Easy to use. And it is really a gorgeous appliance.

No mechanical buttons or knobs Easy to use features. This product comes with wireless connectivity which I can't see myself ever using but other wise I have no other complains.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were redoing our laundry closet and wanted stacked laundry, but fell in love with the sleek design of this unit. Not only is it shorter than stacking two separate units with stacking kits, it's way sleeker and fixes the issue of having controls for the machine on top being too tall to reach by placing all controls in the center touch-bar. We LOVE the machines. Super quiet, efficient, and clean and dry clothes so much better than the 10 year old LG set we replaced. Overall a huge upgrade and makes laundry much quicker and easier than before, and we now have closet space next to the machine for storage and coats that we can actually reach!
