It is great that it can also be controlled by my iphone and it sends a message to it when a cycle is completed. It works great, clean laundry and it is quiet when running. I love all the wash/dry cycle features also. Very happy with this product! Saves space in my my small laundry room also!

Our family said “no more steps”.. well we didn’t like that very much! We are in our 80’s and healthy but we did it and couldn’t be happier. Both washer and dryer run smoothly and hum quietly. Minimum water and drying time. So very pleased!

This was the 1st major purchase of our home and has now become the most regretful one. After researching many other brands & models we found this one to be the perfect 1 for our new home. Which also included the customer service from LG that we were looking for leading us to make this purchase. But after only 6 months of owning the appliances we have now experienced multiple issues with the washer and dryer. These issues did create an inconvenience. But after reviewing the quality of customer service LG would provide we were assured it would be resolved effectively. Which has not been the case since we have reported the issue to LG. We have now been without washer and dryer for over a month. Which is now also cost us additional out of pocket expenses and inconvenience. By having to wash at the laundromat, during this long overdue experience from this purchase from LG. The repairman has visited several times with each repair not finding any solution. Instead of replacing into brand new ones without issues. We are now going into 2 months of waiting for replacement parts with new appliances that we should not have these type of troubles with this soon. To add insult to injury the rest of our brand new appliances we have purchased for our kitchen and home are also LG as well. Which is very concerning being if we have any issues with those appliances that this is the type of customer service we will receive in turn. I feel that this may be the last time we will ever purchase LG if this matter is not corrected very soon. I truly hope LG can expedite & resolve this matter to regain my assurance in products, customer service, & brand.

Our 4 year old Samsung washer started having problems with stopping during various Our I had purchased matching Samsung washer/dryer 4 years ago and had problems with the washer. A technician came out and determined there was a short problem. He said he would order the part and come back out in a week. We then received a letter from Lowe's saying it would cost more to repair it than it was worth so they refunded our purchase price. I'm not buying anymore Samsung appliances since I've had nothing but problems with them. This situation required me to do some research for a new washer. We had stacked our Samsung washer and dryer due to limited space so I wanted another stackable combo unit. I decided to go with LG this time since I've had better luck with their products. I then found this new designed one piece washer/dryer unit so I purchased it from Home Depot this time (online purchase). This combo one-piece unit is 2 inches shorter than the previous Samsung washer/dryer stackable separate units and 1 inch less deep so it fit my space very well. I use a gas dryer and I did the installation myself and luckily no water or gas leaks! This single combo-unit runs well and they are quieter than the old Samsung separate units. I like the sleek design of this new LG combo unit and how the close the washer and dryer controls are. It looks very stylish and has operated very well so far. I would definitely recommend this unit for those who have space issues.

I do like the basic functions but have been unable to hook it up to wifi, so can't connect to the app. This was really my only option based on space, so it's fine. I wish I could get better support to troubleshoot wifi issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG will not deliver your product for months. I ordered my unit in July and their delivery partner will not contact me. Anytime I contact LG, they are unable to help me with my order and anytime I contact the delivery partner, they say they need to receive the product from LG. This is immensely frustrating and I highly recommend no one purchase from LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the LG WashTower for about a month now and love the look and compact size of the machine. Unfortunately, I am VERY VERY disappointed in its washing capabilities. It simply does not get my clothes clean. I've run a few test washes where I will lightly soil a light towel or old shirt (and I mean lightly soil with a spot of juice) and even after pretreating, washing on HEAVY SOIL setting, with 2 Extra Rinses the spot is still very much there. The clothes don't even smell clean. I assumed maybe there was a problem with the installation so had an LG tech come out and run some tests. The tech confirmed the machine is working as it should be. If you want an aesthetically pleasing washer dryer combo appliance, this fits the bill. If you want a decent washing machine that actually washes your clothes. I'd go in a different direction.

The Washtower does a great job of washing quickly and drying thoroughly. My only improvement to the product would be to have the light inside the dryer remain on as long as the dryer door is open after drying is finished and while all the clothes are completely emptied from the dryer. Would be nice to have the light on for as long as you are emptying the dryer. Currently, the light goes out within a couple of minutes whether you have completely unloaded the dryer or not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was the largest stackable that I could find, as such is was close to the most expensive. But, if your looking for quality, you know the old saying - you get what you pay for. That's absolutely true with this unit. I have no regrets!

We have been using this unit for about 8 months now with no issues and it makes out life so much easier and saved us on a lot of space. All the features it has is extremely helpful on doing all the different types of laundry also. We would recommend this product to anyone, thank you LG.
