I have now had the tower for 1 year. I love my tower. The capacity is great. My husband wears uniforms that are not only dirty, but also stinky. My machine handles this situation with ease. I love the steam use for sanitizing my laundry that needs it. My sheets and towels after illness is a prime example. The controls being in the middle of the tower is perfect for us vertically challenged individuals. I would not hesitate to recommend this machine to anyone.

The kids (14 & 12) love that they can see the progress of the load on their phone and notifies them when the load is done. Clothes are clean, fresh, and actually encourage me to get my laundry done!

So glad we decided on this LG unit. It is beautiful and so easy to use. Love the controls being in the middle for easy access. Washing and drying great, too! It is a little loud on the washing cycle, but we have ceramic tile now.

My new home has a small laundry closet and the laundry center fits nicely with a bit of extra room on the sides for a shelf that I use for storing my laundry supplies. The sleek design of the laundry center gives it a modern look and feel. The best feature for me is the control panel which is located between the washer and dryer. I looked at other models that had the dryer panel located above the dryer, which was unreachable for me. Another feature that I enjoy is the automation. The washer automatically senses the size of the load. This feature eliminates my worry about wasting water or underestimating/overestimating the size of the wash load. Additionally, I don't have to estimate how long it will take the dryer to dry my laundry load, thereby saving energy. Both the washer and dryer operate quietly and efficiently. I have been pleased with the quality of the wash.

I had the Washtower installed two months ago. It cleans my clothes great! It is a nice design and fits well in my small space. But, I wanted a new-age appliance that connects to Wifi, and this one is still unable to connect. Repairman has been here twice. We think it’s the ThinQ app. It must have problems and service people can’t fix it. I can’t do certain type functions without it. I would not recommend an LG appliance till LG gets this bug worked out.

I bought this 8 months ago and it has been broken for the last 2 months. The main board is bad and not suppling voltage to gas valves. So no heat. LG is trying to fix it. I have had to call them many times. They are trying though. Getting GAS error.

It became apparent that the old washer/ dryer stacked appliances would need soon need replacement. Upon seeing this handsome unit and having done some research, this became an easy choice. The older unit "told" you when it was working. This new combo unit announces its end of cycle with pleasant, musical tones. Otherwise it is surprisingly quiet. This family of five, finds that this handsome appliance, easily keeps up with our laundry demands, efficiently and quietly. Added bonus: It looks Awesome!

I chose it because it fit in the space much better than stacking a full size washer and dryer like we previously had. I didn’t realize how much better this combo would be. I love that the doors open the same direction and it takes up less space - it looks so much better than the stacked set. The washer and dryer are full size and work great. I love that the dryer automatically goes to the setting the washer was on - you can change if you want to of course. Overall the washer and dryer are much quieter than what I previously had and washes well and much quicker than our old machine. Great options for settings

I can reach the buttons in the middle, love the large size, and that I can connect from the app which tells me when the tub needs cleaned & laundry is done. It also knows the dryer setting after the washer is done...It fits into the space perfectly.
