Has not performed properly since I purchased it 8 months ago. Wash cycle takes over two hours, soap remains in tub when cycle stops, dryer always takes additional time to dry even small loads. Technicians say nothing wrong even though soap remind after cycle whe no soap was used. Used tub cleaner as recommended but no change. Presidential liaison did not follow up with me even though I sent Tarshunia several pictures. Disgusted with product and service.

Easy to use app. Really like the quality of washing. I would like to see a feature added to the app for a scheduled end-time for washing, rather than a scheduled start-time.

This one isn't a problem and she can reach the things at the bottom of the dryer. It's a large capacity unit in a small space and because it came already stacked it was easy to install. It comes stacked so it was easy to install. I like that the dryer knows what was just washed and sets the dryer accordingly.

Not only is it shorter than stacking two separate units with stacking kits, it's way sleeker and fixes the issue of having controls for the machine on top being too tall to reach by placing all controls in the center touch-bar. We LOVE the machines. Super quiet, efficient, and clean and dry clothes so much better than the 10 year old LG set we replaced. Overall a huge upgrade and makes laundry much quicker and easier than before, and we now have closet space next to the machine for storage and coats that we can actually reach!

I just got my LG Washtower 5.0 cu ft installed. When I try to use Steam Fresh on the dryer, all that happened was a blob of water was deposited in the center of my garment that I put on the special rack. I thought it was supposed to inject steam to dampen the entire garment, and then dry it. But it didn’t, so I put the garment back on the special rack, and selected delicate dry. It’s still sopping wet; with the blob of water in the center

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my machine for a few weeks. The sleek design gives me a lot more space in my laundry room. The controls are easy to read and directly in the center of the unit. My mother is legally blind and washing a her clothes has been a struggle until we got this unit. Then unit is so smart that touching and finding all the buttons is not a problem because it knows what you are washing with just a push of a button. The dryer is also smart and knows what to do because it’s paired with the dryer. Another concern we had is the height and if she could reach the dryer. She is very short but again, no issues there. Our clothes come out clean and they smell clean even with a large load. They also don’t come out all wrinkled up and dry very nice. We are so happy with our purchase! It fits all of our families needs and does an amazing job! You won’t be sorry.

Looks nice and saves space but works very poorly. Does not wash clothes properly and don't even try to add anything extra like laundry sanitizer or anything it will stop half way through the wash to throw a code up about suds.Have to wash a load of towels with the bare minimum laundry soap or this happens every time. Which you have to basically run the cycle again with NO soap at all. Constantly get the dryer lint code when drying clothes even though we clean the lint screen after every use. Just a big waste of money. Haven't even had this set a year and already looking into replacing it with a different brand.

This unit is fabulous. Compact, efficient and powerful at getting the job done well. I am enthusiastically satisfied Look no further, this is 10/10!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our laundry space requires stacked units, and when our Samsung dryer began to fail, I found the LG stacked unit. The experience of using them up to this point has been very positive! The motor noise etc., is kept under control and the cycles are significantly shorter than what was the norm with the Samsung machines. The Smart features are nice, though I have not delved into those much yet.

It was very hard to find the Wash Tower in the stores probably due to covid. I finally found one gas model at an independent store in Los Angeles. It was installed and went right to work! It is very quiet and washes the clothes efficiently. I'm waiting for my tech savvy son to hook my up with the ThinQ technology.
