Handles typical loads fine, but we generally keep them on the light side. Clean and dry output. Minor install issue to be aware of, needs 3 supply hoses. Also the inlets for the washer hoses are centered with dryer outlet in rear. Requires more standoff from back wall. Make sure you have an extra 4 inches clearance in front for your setup if you plan to install in small space and have a door that needs to close. I had to route steel braided hoses with a vertical path and loop to nudge as far in as possible. Rubber hoses probably easier to flex into alignment. The splitter for the steam supply line adds to the bulk. A flex duct tied the dryer outlet to my standing vent connection. Electric dryer means you need both 120v and 240v power supplies. These need to be offset to outer edge of install space. Sits solid on floor and it is heavy. Doesn’t slide easily. Had to push into space by leg power, think squats on sitting workout machine! Good choice for compact space. Home Depot supplied. Great delivery to front door, glad I had a commercial quality dolly to get it to laundry space. Check your opening width of interior door. All that said, very pleased with machine so far.

I have never owned any LG products so I wasn’t sure about the purchase initially, but the unit was one of the few that would actually fit in the space to replace our old stackable washer/dryer. So far my favorite feature is the light in the dryer!

This washer and dryer passes the ultimate test. We have four indoor coonhounds. Their work is hunting, but for relaxation they love to dig for hours in the backyard. Rain or shine. This washer & dryer tower has given us the cleanest, freshest dog towels, dog blankets, and dog bed covers ever. The bedding setting works well for items with a waterproof layer like a dog bed cover or mattress cover (it adjusts the spin cycle to allow the drain holes in the drum to drain instead of covering them up with the waterproof layer). The sanitary and steam settings are great for for when extra deep cleaning is desired. The dryer is fast. One dryer feature I like a lot is Steam Refresh - it's perfect for preparing dress shirts for ironing and takes less than three minutes. Note this tower requires both a 220V 30A 4-wire plug for the dryer, AND a 110V ??A socket for the washer.

I love the short 15 minute wash cycles and the option to dry small loads of clothes. It looks beautiful. Four stars because the WiFi features have not worked for me.

I've had this unit for around 18 months. I moved from a home with a large utility room to a larger home but with a utility closet that only accommodated a side by side and no room for anything else. I bought the LG stack and freed enough space for a folding table. The LG is the best laundry unit I have ever owned. The size is large enough to accommodate the family laundry. I love its efficiency; its capacity; it is fast and washes/dries everything loaded into it. The multiple modes, fantastic cycles will take care of every situation. I've done a lot of laundry over the decades. This LG is the best laundry machine I've ever owned.

I love this machine with the exception that most of the wash cycles are in the Cloud and the app is designed by engineers not users. The cycles are hidden in some submenu. "Wash Cycles" should be a clear link on the first screen you see when you push on the tower. If some condition(s) like "Power on the washer" etc. must be met when you select "Wash Cycles" a pop-up should tell you. what to do,

Being the laundry center is full size stacked machines, it gives us extra room in our laundry room and also capacity of full sized separate units. Couldn’t ask for a better set-up. Washer & Dryer both have many settings and are very easy to operate. Very good quality and would definitely recommend this product. So HAPPY!

Had this installed about 3 weeks ago and have used a few times. Works well and will be used primarily for towels and bathing suits after swimming/hot tub.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the WKEX200HBA wash tower and professional install and the new dryer doesn’t work right out of the box. Hope this is not a sign of things to come. So now have to wait another week to get the new unit and take this new unit back.

We purchased the LG Washtower on April 7, and the retailer installed on April 13, 2023. The washer makes a loud screeching sound every time the tub changes direction. Contacted retailer who referred us back to LG. Spoke to numerous LG representatives over several weeks/ Per one LG representative, sent videos showing washer noise. Never hear back. The retailer has decided to do an exchange.
