We have always been afraid to shift to a front loading washer, this unit has sold us! The washer dryer built together with all controls conveniently accessible makes it a pleasure to operate. We set it up in a laundry closet in our bedroom. Quiet smooth operation is greatly appreciated.

Whatever coating is on the outside of this machine is horrible. My first machine I returned because it was scratched. The replacement, I just went to clean soap with a microfiber towel, and it scratched it. If your washer/dryer is visible this is not the one you want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m short so having the controls in the middle as opposed to the top and middle is very helpful and convenient. The washer works well and as does the dryer. The bedding cycle is amazing and the small load is convenient. I do not like the drain on the bottom left that you gave to clean out once a month. This is apparently on all up/downs. No matter what I do it leaks water onto my floor enough to have to get a towel because paper towels aren’t cutting it. I would also see what kind of venting you gave as I had a side by side situation prior to this purchase and I don’t like the way the vent is currently set up for my new up/down set up. So that’s something to consider when changing styles. I love the room it saved and the convenience of the putting the wash directly above. Easy to use.

Purchased 7/2021 and has been trouble free. Several issues I have are with electronic controls. 1. when wash completes the well drained items are STUCK to the drum, a simple end of cycle tumble for several minutes would leave all items available at bottom of drum instead of having to extricate much from sides. 2. Ease of wash/dry modifications is wack-o you can choose some programs, but they are not completely tailorable to my needs and often lock out areas (Hot, Cold, Spin, Temp etc.) outside of pre-sets. You must find your way through download-able menus that also have odd limits to tailoring a desired wash or dry. Likely program written by non users. Wifi unstable and frustrating to reenable after disrupted.

I can reach the buttons in the middle, love the large size, and that I can connect from the app which tells me when the tub needs cleaned & laundry is done. It also knows the dryer setting after the washer is done...It fits into the space perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my LG WashTower. The features are great. I enjoy having the panel in the middle to select the type of wash and dry cycle. This does not take up a lot of room. It is convenient and is a top of the line model. I definitely enjoy using it. It is very quiet.

Has not performed properly since I purchased it 8 months ago. Wash cycle takes over two hours, soap remains in tub when cycle stops, dryer always takes additional time to dry even small loads. Technicians say nothing wrong even though soap remind after cycle whe no soap was used. Used tub cleaner as recommended but no change. Presidential liaison did not follow up with me even though I sent Tarshunia several pictures. Disgusted with product and service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pleased, in general, with this combo. My only dislike is that it does not have enough non wi-fi options. I a sensitive to elecrtro-magnetic frequencies and do not use wi-fi. I use an ethernet connection which is just as fast and safer too. I don't want to have to download an additional option. The cycles seems too long for most normal settings. On the plus side, it is quiet.

I got these delivered last Wednesday and look an work great. But only problem is that the Specs say that doors are reversible but really are NOT REVERSIBLE!!! I have 36” in front of my machines an it’s annoying having to duck under the door or having to close the door just to get to the left side of the machines. I guess LG didn’t think the swings would be an issue. So Buyer beware - please check the door swing on this unit and make sure it won’t be an issue with your laundry room set up.
