I've had the tower connected and in us as of Mid March 2021 and so far I love it.

The wash tower is noisier than I expected it to be.

Well this stacked set is better than my former stand alone set that cost twice as much. Drying time is so quick and washer is HUGE! Could not be happier with this. Bonus, I get constant comments on how beautiful my washer and dryer are so I no longer hate that my laundry closet is visible.

I am very happy with the operation aspect of this product. In addition it enhances my laundry room. Washer/dryer operations are quick and efficient. In addition since it is a wash tower the placement of operation buttons is perfect. I am not vertically challenged with their placement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the LG stacked washer-dryer for features including 1) center controls --- a HUGE PLUS and unique among competitive "stackables," & 2) above average tub sizes -- 4.5 Cu. Ft. washer, 7.1 Cu. Ft. gas dryer. Both features are exceptionally functional, useful and of great value. In 1st month of use, it performs very well and meets expectations. We strongly recommend it to potential customers. And, its very quiet too.

It's beautiful for one thing but it is so easy to use and large capacity. I washed and dried some silk pillowcases and the next load was sheets and towels and both came out perfectly.

It’s great that the technology senses the load size and uses just enough water to wet everything and wash. No wasting water! Same sensing technology with the dryer so you never worry about over or under drying your items. There are endless functions to get your laundry done exactly how you want for whatever you’re washing/ drying. Very pleased with this product!

This set was delivered to me yesterday and look very nice. I’m sure they’re going to work great. But the door is not reversible. The specs say it is, but is not. I chatted with LG Chat team 3 times. 1st time , lady couldn’t help and got disconnected. 2nd time- guy said it was reversible but no how-to instructions were given. After looking and trying to see if it was reversible, I chatted a 3rd. time and a lady said they’re Not Reversible. All other washer/dryers I’ve owned in the past have had reversible doors. I’m really surprised LG didn’t give this option on this set. It’s a little frustrating because of my laundry room set up, now doors will always be on my way while doing laundry. I did not get to see these displayed on the floor at the store. These were shown to me on a store computer screen. They looked very nice and sleek so I bought them. But the door swing is my frustration. SO BUYER BEWARE! Study the door swing and make sure it works for your laundry room set up before you buy these.

I bought this washer/dryer for my one bedroom condo. I thought it would be a nice space saver for my condo, but am very disappointed. This washer is very noisy and I have had this washer for 3months and still have not been able to connect to the ThinQ app. This washer has limited wash cycles and smartphone app doestnt work at all.
