I was intrigued by the versatility of this stacked set. Being a short 5 foot two, I didn't want a double stacked set with controls I couldn't reach. I love that both sets of controls are center set for easy reach. I can design custom settings for different washloads if I feel really creative. Overall I am pleased with the performance of this set

We purchased the new laundry center mainly because our laundry closet was so small that we wanted to make better use of the space. Our old set was not worn out but we weren’t happy with the cleaning of our clothes due to low energy requirements. So far we are very pleased with how well the new set cleans our clothes. It is easy to use and looks great.

Our first four or five loads washed and dried perfectly but then the dryer would not heat up which was rather disappointing. But the good news is LG's online chat determined that we needed a service call and they scheduled it for us within two business days with a local repair service. The repairman arrived on time and was competent and efficient. He replaced a defective igniter with a brand new one and had us up and running within an hour. It works perfectly again. We love how it looks, how it cleans and dries and that it is so very quiet. We're very happy with our purchase.

The center controls are great (especially for my 5'-3" mother). Both the washer and dryer have a good capacity much better than the typical stacked units. I really like the steam drying function.

The energy efficiency is unreal and the wash and dry are smooth, quiet, and incredibly easy to use. I have recommended to all of my family and friends! I bought a new house and wanted NEW everything…new washer and dryer, dishwasher, dishes lol..you get it…anyway I wasn’t sure of what I wanted until I saw it standing in the midst of the rest so tall and regal…I fell in love and now I’m using which is the best part…thank LG…just bought a brand new 65” inch flat screen for the basement too!!! My last washer/dryer was 15 years old and it is amazing how technology has changed things for the better. This Wash Tower is so much MORE EFFICIENT than my last washer/dryer. I should have purchased sooner!
