The tower was placed in my bedroom closet and it fit perfectly upon converting half of the closet for the tower. I love all of the features especially the steam cleaning and sanitizing functions. The app makes doing laundry easier than ever.

It does a great job washing and drying every type of load and I love that the control panel is in the middle. I would like to purchase a pedestal if one is available. I would like to raise it to make it easier to access the drain at the bottom. Not an issue at this point but I am 54 and my knees aren’t what they used to be! But overall I am super pleased with them!

I love the fact that the machine is truly full-sized and accommodates whatever load is put in, saving me both time and water, and I love the little tune at the end of the wash/dry cycles! My beautiful daughter gifted me this machine as a thank you for me supporting her throughout her two-year health crisis, and I so appreciate her generosity!

The quality and features have me roped in while the ease of use and utility have my wife enamored. She's 5 foot 1 so the control center being in the middle is a godsend. The steam features are a whole other level of use as well, considering we have a husky that we adore that absolutely loves to shed on every last thing we own. This purchase was one of my favorites I have made in a long time.

We needed to replace our stackable units in our bathroom closet.We were able to see the tower at our local appliance store. They had it available and came out to measure the space. It is beautiful and adds to the bathroom instead of being an eyesore. The features are incredible.

The controls are easy to use and they cover what is necessary for all types of laundry without being too difficult to use. The washer is excellent and the dryer works well without excessive noise. I like having the notifications for completed cycle on my phone.

The space savings is great and having full sized washer and dryer that saves space in my laundry room is fantastic! They both work very well cleaning and drying my clothing/ bedding. The family has used this unit a few times throughout the past few weeks and we love it so far. The spin wash cycles are quick and the dryer gets the job done with the specified settings. Coming from another brand, the LG washer/dryer combo is much more efficient at getting the job done in a smaller form factor. The only reason for giving the combo unit a 4/5 star rating is the WiFi setup and app are a little clunky to use for multiple users, and it would be nice to have more customization for phone push notifications. The WiFi options are also a bit limited, but most of the time someone is at home anyway to check up on the unit. Another ding for the score is the dryer gasket tends to attract a lot of lint, so after every use, the lint collection net, the gasket, and the floor of the unit needs to be cleaned up a bit before putting the next load in.

We bought the washtower a month ago and are so pleased with how quiet it is. Our laundry closet is in the middle of our one-story home and we never even know either the washer or dryer are running, even on the wash spin cycle! Being 5'3", I also very much appreciate that the controls for both washer and dryer are in the middle between the two units. Our previous stacked pair had the dryer's controls at the top, where I could neither reach nor see them! I found the icons and controls required a little bit of a learning curve, but I've got it down now. I do think some of the set cycles are too limited. For instance, if you choose the Bedding wash cycle, you cannot select the highest spin. And if you set a damp dry cycle so you can remove SOME of the items while damp, if you then set the temp to a drier cycle for the remaining items, the dryer seems to be confused and doesn't get the remaining items fully dry. I'm sure I'll find a combination that works for this situation, but it's a bit frustrating for now. Overall, though, the units clean and dry beautifully. My husband's shirts all come out without any ironing needed, even when mixed with items of different weights. I would recommend this unit.
