I bought this washtower just this month. I am extatic about how easy it is to operate. I downloaded the LGThinQ app and found many cycles to download if I so choose, including a cycle for bleaching towels and light dresses. The machine is so quiet, I literally had to put my ear to the unit to make sure it was working. It was! It was spinning at full speed…almost silently!

We purchased this stacked washer dryer unit to replace the late 90s separate washer and dryer units in our laundry room as part of an over hall and remodeling project. Moving to a stacked washer dryer unit allowed us to free up much more cabinet and counter space for our laundry room. Our WKEX200HBA stacked washer dryer unit is infinitely more efficient than the units we were replacing and does a much better job at thoroughly cleaning and drying our clothes. We have a household of four and a lot of different types of laundry to be done; the WKEX200HBA handles everything we throw at it easily, no matter how dirty. With a multitude of temperature and care settings available, we know that every type of clothing is well cared for. Additionally, we do appreciate the Wi-Fi enabled functions as well, particularly the notifications when loads are done (especially handy when you have teenagers in the house who start laundry and then promptly forget about it.) we would highly recommend the WKEX200HBA to anyone looking for a new washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set 3 months ago and regret the purchase. Heavily soiled loads take 2 1/2 hours to wash. Controls are preset, so you have to use their app to program any other options such as dry for 10 minutes. The dryer seal isn’t tight and condensation drips out of the front throughout the cycle. The chimes are lengthy and annoying and can’t be changed, only turned off.

Not only does it have a full size drum, but the thin profile fits in the space we have with plenty of room and actually adds to the aesthetic of the room! I never thought that a washer and dryer could look sexy! The features are what have really sold me on the stackable ThinQ washer and dryer. I love how the dryer automatically knows what settings to use based on the load that the washer just cleaned. Things like that are the features that actually provide value and improve daily life.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is I can’t change the temperature on the dry settings. The user manual implies that I should be able to but I was told by customer service that the only way to adjust heat is to use the timed setting. I have a hard time believing that is true but I’m stuck with what they have told me. None the less, my clothes are dried and it never seems to be too hot o. The settings that I can’t adjust. I also love that it has a steam dry setting. I had this on my old dryer and loved it. I was thrilled that this dryer offered it too!

We love this product, as it saves space having the washer and dryer all in one unit. Both the washer and dryer have easy to use controls, are quiet, and efficient. There are a variety of options that meet our needs.

The capacity means I have to do fewer loads and large items like blankets and the dog bed actually get clean in a single wash. I like the AI because some loads end up taking a shorter time to wash or dry than anticipated. This is quieter than my old set. I even like the happy chime when a cycle is complete. I haven't used the 'smart features' that require a network connection or app, yet, so I can't say if they are useful. I was hesitant to buy a one-piece unit, but LG has a great reputation for washers and dryers, plus I've always replaced both at the same time anyway.

These features do not work without a Bluetooth connection to your phone. I have never gotten my IPhone 11 to connect to the stupid appliance therefore this VERY expense washer dryer has very few functions. The repair guy couldn’t get the phone pair - but that’s not under warranty
