[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this tower in white a month ago. I love the streamlined look which fits nicely in our small laundry area. The washer auto senses what needs to be done, for instance if its a light load requiring less time or heavy towels needing more. There are several options that can be adjusted if you want. The dryer does the same, and seems to dry clothes in less time. I like the little chime it plays at the end when done. Overall great machine!

Had the wash tower installed several weeks ago, so far love this unit. Great space saving being a stacked unit, both washer and dryer are very quiet and function as expected with all of the various cycles needed for household laundry needs, design is great and looks very high end after the installation. Overall very pleased…

Unfortunately it took two grown men over 10 minutes to figure out that one needed to press AND HOLD the screen-style buttons to make the washer work. Since that demasculating experience, we have had no issues or problems. I definitely does what it's supposed to do (clean and dry clothes) and does so with some pizzaz.

I have had my LG Washtower for 3 weeks and I am in love. I researched all the options when I needed to replace my much loved LG stackables that were 16 years old. I could not find any reason not to buy the Washtower as every review I read or watched raved about it. I was worried about the all in one unit as opposed to 2 separate stackable units in case one were to break and an appliance retailer posted that even though they may look the same later on the stackable option with the mounting plates is almost never compatible. Given that my old LGs had lasted 16 years I was pretty confident that the Washtower would be for us. And wow, it is AMAZING. A little smaller in stature making it easier to load and unload the dryer. All the bells and whistles, and it is intuitive. I really love that the dryer recognizes which wash cycle was used and then just runs the appropriate dryer cycle. The app is super helpful as well with notifications on when the loads have finished, laundry tips and a countdown and reminder to run the cleaning feature on the washer every 30 loads. And best of all this baby is just darn sexy! Everybody comments on how pretty it is and I have to agree.

After searching for a washer and dryer for a very tight space, we were happy to find this low profile set. Technology has changed and it never ceases to amaze us at how quick and efficient the cycles are on the machines. We haven't tried to down load anything yet because we are doing great with what is standard.

Replacing an old top loading W/D set with the center control panel washtower has been great! No stool needed to reach the top controls as with other brands. It's very quiet and efficient at cleaning and drying all our household washables. Easy to press touch control panel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, wish I didn’t purchase. Don’t see how it’s energy efficient when the cycles are sooo long 1-1 1/2 hours. Getting laundry done is killing my time. Also, doesn’t allow in most cycles for you to choose the water temp you prefer. Clothes do come out very clean.

Not only has it provided more options for cleaning and drying our clothes, we now have space to add a utility tub, storage space and wall space for hanging clothes from the dryer. My life has changed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids bought this for me for Christmas. I was without and washer for 4 months and was surprised when it came to my door. This is the exact unit I wanted but really couldn't afford it so I was going to buy a lesser cheaper unit. It's so easy to use so quiet you don't even know it's running. It gets my clothes super clean and smelling fresh. And it was so easy to install in the directions are easy to understand! I love it I love it!
