I like buying this in a bulk and cut my own chops , I feel the stores cut them to thin for the way I cook mine. They are tender and moist, I feel this is a good value for the money! Plus I can freeze them in the amounts that I need.

Always a good and relatively inexpensive cut of meat from Sam's. I cook on low overnight in a crock pot/slow cooker. I add some water to keep moist and salt/pepper. Shred meat and add BBQ sauce, pickles and a bun for a yummy sandwich!

Buying the whole loin is such a great value. Being able to butcher the loin at home allows for portion control, and is a huge money saver! The loin hardly needed any fat trimmed off at all!
