If you are purchasing center cut pork chops, just buy a whole pork loin and cut it yourself. You'll save some cash. You can also cut them as thin or as thick as you would like.

Because it's a whole loin, it's incredibly versatile—I love being able to portion it out myself into custom-thickness chops, roasts, or strips. It cooks up perfectly tender and juicy every time. It's a fantastic value for the price, and I will definitely continue to buy this for our family meals!

We go through one of these a payday. I cut two small roasts out of the center and cut the rest into boneless chops. Toss a dinner’s worth into a ziplock bag along with your marinade or seasoning of choice and freeze. Thaw and you’re ready for the grill, oven, pan or crockpot. Dinner. Done.

These tenderloins are a fantastic value! I buy them, bring home and then take a sharp butcher knife and cut either into boneless chops or in chunks for a smaller portioned tenderloin roast. A tenderloin of this size will make approximately 8 meals for our family of 4.

I cut this into 4 small roasts since it’s too much to make for hubby and me. Browned it in Dutch oven, then added a large can of sour kraut, seasoned with salt & pepper and small sliced onion, baked for 90 min then added cubed potatoes for last 30 minutes. Delicious easy and juicy meal with leftovers!

I process and freeze this in freezer bags. I get two large roasts, and four to six boneless chops. Save money and break it down yourself.

Meat is good. I try to pick ones with less fat on the back of the loin. In my opinion it needs to be trimmed. It's a good price. I cut chops out of some of it and cut up the rest in portions for my cat. Minus the fat. Cheaper than cat food and good raw protein.

I cook boneless pork loins at least once per month. Usually I'll buy a half-loin at ALDI, but this time I decided to purchase several whole ones (packaged together) at Sam's. I prepared it as usual, but the result was disappointing. The meat was very tough and hard to chew. I wish that I could returned the unused (2nd) loin, but the package was already opened. The ALDI product is consistently good. The Sam's one --- I'll not be buying it again.
