We cut these up into pork chops. We got 17 chops off this smaller one. We've been doing this for years! Just now seeing people on TikTok do it!

Great price and product. Purchase and slice for boneless chop, leave a piece for pulled pork, or whatever want. We usually get 5 meals per loin.

If you are purchasing center cut pork chops, just buy a whole pork loin and cut it yourself. You'll save some cash. You can also cut them as thin or as thick as you would like.

Smoked it, cut it up in individual servings, put in freezer for 4 hours on a cookie sheet then packaged in vacuum seal bags and put back in the freezer.

Great value when you're making chops for a large family. I sliced these into 1 in thick portions and vacuum seal them. Always good quality and not a lot of fat remaining.

Excellent quality and price

Product was dated "Sell before July 31" but when prepared to cut and slice on July 25, it was ruined with cryovac fully expanded (even though it had been properly refrigerated since date of purchase). To Sam's Club's credit, when I called about it, they willing offered to exchange the product for me.

Love this pork loin, the size of it gives lots of options. I usually cut in half n roast. Always comes out juicy n tender. I can then serve with choice sides, cut up n freeze. It's an easy reheat for fast meals. I love how it can stretch for several meals with very little work involved but tastes like you fuss.

My husband cuts it into thick individual steaks and freezes for later meals. That way, we always have steaks handy for weekly meals.
