It was a great price!!! I cut it up into one small pork roast, some thin slices for tenderloins, And the rest into thick IOWA chops. I can't believe people will pay so much extra for boneless porkchops cut up and packed.

I personally could not choak it down. Made it in the Crockpot and it was tender, but I just couldn't eat it. Maybe I would try it as a pork chop next time, but doubt I will buy.

Best value for boneless chops, loin roast and tips! Cut it to your desired quantity of chops, preseason tips for freezing, a loin roast works great from the end! Why pay more per Lb. for less meat? Seriously, don't be lazy!

Smoked it, cut it up in individual servings, put in freezer for 4 hours on a cookie sheet then packaged in vacuum seal bags and put back in the freezer.

I buy this all the time for my family and I have Sam's butchers cut it into one inch tthick pork chops for us to grill outdoors. they are so tender yu can cut them with a fork.

Favorite Cut of Meat, so versatile. Several different Meals (Roast, Chops, Pulled Pork Sandwiches) and Sam's Club is the only Store I will buy this for the Value!

This was perfect for breaking down and freezing both as roast and chops. Nice price with not too much fat. Will definitely be getting more if price stays reasonable.
