Typically I highly promote most of Sam's products, but I have recently noticed a decline in meat quality. I ordered two loins in my last online order. While cutting them into chops, I noticed a substantial portion of fat. My second loin was the same. Shopping at your store never used to be like this. I realize the economy is in current turmoil... but come on Sam's. Your customers expect better than this.

I usually buy a case of this yearly, in the fall. I slice it into about 3/4 inch chops and can usually get 3-4 chops per quart. I raw pack & process following the Ball Blue Book - they can up great! Take 1 quart canned pork loin, add one 18oz bottle BBQ sauce - instant BBQ pork!
