Got this home and immediately started slicing up for pork chops ....Beautiful meat ...and you can cut one bigger for a pork roast....delicious and very tender you won't be disappointed and the price was terrific too!

Always a good and relatively inexpensive cut of meat from Sam's. I cook on low overnight in a crock pot/slow cooker. I add some water to keep moist and salt/pepper. Shred meat and add BBQ sauce, pickles and a bun for a yummy sandwich!

This is large. Could easily have cut this into thirds. I usually buy the half size but decided to get the larger one. Very well packaged and was delicious.

I have been buying this for years. I cut a roast off of each end and steak the rest. Best pork steaks on the grill! Excellent value! $2.48 per lb vice $12 per lb for NY Strips that I have also bought for years but will rarely buy now.

I don’t season before I cook, as I have very little tolerance for spice, and usually share meat with the dog. This has an excellent taste without seasoning. Sams Club is my goto for fresh meat, as I’ve found most of why I buy is top quantity.

Perfect Size for a large gathering or, you can do as I did and cut it to size for your family and freeze the additional portions. It was a quality cut of meat.

The pork industry calls pork “the other white meat”. If you don’t believe them, by this. Lean, fat trimmed off, don’t just roast it, cut into pieces and bake or stew with fruit, pork with orange sauce, this is excellent food.

We purchased this boneless pork loin roast then cut them into individual pork chops. They have a great flavor and taste this is a must buy to have stocked up in your freezer.
