Love the versatility - cut it up into 3 chunks & froze them. We thawed and cooked at different times. Always yummy!

This is the only way I buy pork. I cut, wrap & freeze. When I cook, I use leftovers for pulled pork.

Very good flavor and lean enough with a strip of fat for moistness. Lasts a long time for a family of 3
