Very disappointed in the new Samsung. Picture quality is poor due to fading. Sound is terrible due to a buzzing sound constantly. Had my old Samsung approximately 12 years and loved it.

Had a 55 inch Samsung that was 10 years old and with this technology upgrade to 65 inch it was definitely wonderful. Certainly enjoying the upgrade and will be more conscious of future changes in product features.

LOUSIEST SUPPORT AND MANUALS...For $4000 television, Samsung has done injustice to the custome by not providing proper usermanual and support. I called to get help and first got intercepted by their stupid AI robot - had to call 3 times to figureout a way around...total waste of my time. Then comes the customer service representative...poor girl had to listen to my furstration when it is not her fault that Samsung execitives decided to put out a horrible user manual....It doe snot even have a model number on it and it does not even show dimensions of the TV or the one connect box, neither it shows what type of connections are available on one connect box...just shameful documentation on Samsung's side...I wish I would have bought Sony TV....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first saw the tiny remote I panicked, overcame my fear fast and I can talk to my tv when I cant find something. Ok, I am totally spoiled! I looked at a great many tv's before deciding on this one. My room is a huge sunroom, very bright and NO problem with this tv.--got the anti-glare --Previously had a Plasma in this room......for many years. The plasma picture beat any tvs that came on the market after it but, it just died and finally a TV with real colors and 4k. Love it.

Night scenes are just as clear as daytime. Even small details like a license plate on at night shine! Crystal clear and VIVID! Rewatching shows again in a new (OLED) light. . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this as a computer monitor for AI engineering coursework. My daughter uses it for gaming. Normally a huge TV sized monitor has awful refresh rate and I was concerned that with my RX 9070 OC it may not keep up. I was definitely wrong.

The image is also clear and vivid no matter where I stand in the room, even off to the side. We just bought a catamaran sailboat and I plan to get another TV just like this one to put on it, because the problem with glares is even worse on the boat than it used to be here. I know this TV will solve that problem!

The resolution is awesome and viewing anything is beyond any TV I've ever watched. Its almost as if you're in the movie watching! The options and extras on this TV really great. There are lots of things you can do with this TV!
