The audio is either movie surround sound loud or loud in general. The "features" to reduce the sound increases or to level the sound is non-existent. Dissapointing!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thy TV picture quality is excellent. I primarily use my TV as a computer monitor and the gaming during and picture quality is fantastic. The high refresh rate and adaptive brightness make viewing in day or not easy and smooth. The smart features and smart things hub capabilities with seamlessly within the Samsung ecosystem, when my ring detects I've fallen asleep, the TV turns itself off. There ambient settings are relaxing and peaceful. Samsung TV is basically cable but better. The native 4k resolution comes through beautifully and smart contrast make it perform great in any lighting.

Super easy to set up, connected my Sonos system in minutes. Very user friendly menu. Can project from my phone in seconds; Samsung PC as well: windows button + k select your 77" S9OF. Smart things and voice accessible. The only thing I didn't like is it actually revealed the horrible green and orange coverup makeup some actors and news programs use. So, AI, my hats's off to you for not hiding anything from us! It eventually learned not to do it, most of the time. We upscaled from a 65"HD, wanted an 83" but it only came in a WOLED. We opted for a wall mount which articulates up to 28" off the wall to watch it further down the great room. Honestly, you can see this TV from the sharpest angle! No need to ever move it off the wall, well, only to dust behind. Solar and cable charging the remote or using our phones eliminates the use of batteries. Samsung. Yay!

The tv's oled is great for bright movies or colorful games. The resolution is top tier! 4k is great! I chose samsung tvs because of how perfect it fits for gaming, because im a heavy gamer and I love me a 4k oled tv that can withstand the games im playing.

I get you don't want need to buy the licensing, but adding that will make a monumental difference especially for those who does nkt like the lcd panel. I get you guys make the hdr10+/pro/advance modes, but lg does it while also using supporting filmmaker. Options are always better, and their lg oleds are usually priced higher than the Samsung's, but go on sale for a cheaper price than the lg. Gorgeous screen overall, super slim, it being 58% brighter helped tremendously from last years model. Love the matte screen and middle pedestal stand, sad to see it go on the H series. The processor could use some tweaking for some improvements with the upscaling. Gaming is extremely smooth and super bright and vibrant, with those deep black levels for the near perfect contrast.

Since I now have to rewrite my honest review you're getting a 1 star for wasting my time. The tv is overall wonderful the only thing it's missing is DOLBY VISION. Pay for the licensing! There's other things I'd like to say, but since my last review was taken down I'll keep it short.
