Awesome product! Smokes food great has time and temperature. Only problem was the axle rod was missing from package, call the 800 number on booklet they were extremely nice and curtesy. However the part they shipped still hasn't arrived we are at 3 weeks and still waiting.

Well built

After spending the time to put this together, I get to virtually the last step and see where the ceramic is missing on one of the cooking grates.

Just need to plug it in and keep pellets in the hopper. Never owed a grill/smoker that is so easy to use.

Excellent product. Well built. Produces just the right amount of smoke and maintains temperature well.

It's a good grill. It's different to cook with smoke so there is a little bit of learning. But I really like it. It's easy to clean. a shop vac for ash and wipe up the rest with a sponge.

Great product well built and preforms as advertised. I am impressed with the temperature control, ease of operation and cleaning. Out performs the other major brands.

Was easy to assemble. Great grill easy to light and use. Grat size for cooking things like turkeys or beer can chicken. Great foe cooking for crowds. You can cook about 24 hamburgers at a time. Easy to clean.

First time using a pellet grill, This one works perfect. Easy to assemble, and very well made. I have smoked wings,porkloin beef chuck roast, came out perfect. I would highly recommend this smoker to anyone!!!!

Have only used this to smoke venison snack sticks and ribs as it was purchased during the winter. Impressed by uniform cooking and cooking space. Directions of use weren't the clearest.
