Super simple to use and food tastes amazing! This is my first pellet grill so I was not sure what to expect. The price point was awesome so I had to try it. My gas grill worked just fine but the meat was always on fire! (Due to grease fires under the meat) after reading the instructions, this grill is straight forward and super simple to use. Set your temp and it does the rest! And the best part is the wood fire grill smell! With my propane grill I usually just got the burnt meat smell…

Delivery was fast and on schedule. Assembly went smooth and about 1 1/2 hrs with a moment of assistance to raise the smoker to put the legs on. So far I've used it 3 times smoking meat, brisket, pork shoulder then St Louis ribs. Each at 225°. Temperature remained +/- 10°, mostly spot on. Cleanup a snap. At the sale price of $250 I figured I couldn't go wrong. I'm very pleased with the quality of this smoker! Wanted one for my son, unfortunately it is Out of Stock now. I see way at that price. Burns less than a pound per hour at 225° with the Smokehouse premium pellets with little ash.

Built the first one and thought it was well constructed. Metal legs were a good gauge metal and sturdy. After I got it all together I noticed the front left panel was not right. Looked like a spot weld had broken. No problem with Sam's, ordered me a new one and had it shipped. Told me to build it and make sure all was good and then to call for the damaged one to be picked up. Very good customer service. I've used the unit a few time and am getting used to it. I have no complaints about it at all. I think I got a very good deal on it. Happy so far!

I bought this for my husband on sale. He wanted a smoker for our vacation home. He loves it! He says it does a better job than the name brand smokers he has had! He was skeptical because there was no chimney-but it smokes meats - fish - cheese beautifully !

I have only used once so far but did work good. I didn't burn anything. Temp does surpass set temp when warming up but comes back within range after a little bit. I'll have to get used to grate spacing seems a little tight with all three in there but guess I could always leave one out if need be. Overall grill seems pretty well built and grates are solid (not flimsy). Assembly was easy too.

It was pretty easy putting together except for the side table. The holes aren't lined up so we're going to have to redrill it. The inside box was dinged from stuff packed inside it. We've used it 3 times and the food is great. It would've been nice to get some starter recipes and better instructions on use. I had to google recipes.

I have only used it one time. Not familiar with using a pellet grill, so it was a learning experience. The instructions are short for the time of the priming of the pellets, it took more like 15 mins not the 4-5 they say. It seems to be very well built.

This smoker is awesome. Lots of space, hopper holds 24 hrs worth of pellets. Ribs are great. Pork butts for pulled pork no problem. Built in probes make it a no brained. I've used 40 lbs of pellets in two weeks. Burgers and chicken breast can be done quickly too.

When it worked, it was great. I got an ERR message right away when trying to start it up for the first time, and had to mess with it for a day trying to get it to light, and it finally worked. We did a couple cooks on it and the food was amazing, great smoke flavor and perfectly cooked. Then I carefully cleaned it according to the manual, and after that I got the ERR message again. It had plenty of pellets, was glowing, but not firing up and would go straight to ERR again. We were told possibly faulty sensor, igniter, or faulty auger motor, and seeing the reviews that it took weeks to get the parts in, I brought it back to Sams instead. So sad because it made great food, actually better than the other brand I ended up with.

The smoker is great and is easy to put together outside of the fact that it is definately a 2 person lift. However, the delivery company leaves a lot to be desired. It was not available in-store so i had to choose delivery. The company promised to deliver in the afternoon and call when they were on the way with an estimated afternoon time. It showed up before noon, requires 2 men to lift it, and did not call at all.
