This grill is horrible. Error codes everytime i try to use it. I will be returning it.

Really been enjoying my Members Mark pellet grill. Easy set up, easy start up, pretty easy clean up. Maintains temp well after 20 min warm up. Timer, temp probes, easy to read screen make it a set it and forget it way to smoke and grill.

My husband likes the design. He said this grill is organized, the grease cup is nice. All together it's a nice design. This is coming from someone who has owned a Traeger for 10 years. The price was amazing.

Let me just start out by saying the smoker so far appears to to be working well, time will only tell. A couple things I've noticed while using in the month I've had it, the felt strip where the hinged lid rests against the base when closed has begun to peel on one side already. Also, the pellets in the hopper tend to channel in the center and pellets around the edge don't always "fall in". Not sure if this is an issue with the bottom not having enough of an angle, but something you'll need to keep an eye on. I had ordered this online since that they don't carry in my store. With the basic Sam's membership the shipping charge was $175, which is absolutely ridiculous. Only plus members get free shipping, but being that it was a $40 upcharge, I went with this option. When it arrived through freight shipping fully disassembled, I found that some of the parts were shipped inside the smoking chamber, and during shipping had dented the interior in multiple places. From start to finish, assembly took close to 4 hours doing so by myself.

Waited two extra days for delivery. Put together found lid was messed up, called members mark they mailed out replacement. Next day cooked all good. The following day went to cook again era code ERP called members mark they told me to change fuse , did that same thing era code. Called back they said power cord was bad I told I have power so they said control board was bad I told them I bought this to use not to work on...they said they would send out a new power cord and control board 9 days and still waiting ???

First of all, this is the 2nd pellet smoker we have purchased from Sam's. The first one has been working well for over 3 years. The new one has not worked straight out of the box. I have spent an inordinate amount of time with the helpline trying to get parts to remediate the problem. The folks at the help desk have been phenomenal but having to disassemble a brand new grill to replace parts has been a pain in the neck.

I wasn't sure if I'd like a pellet grill/smoker but after using it a few times I find it's the only way to go! I paired it up with a chef IQ thermometer and everything cooks to perfection. I purchased this at a 50% saving's plus free shipping with my plus membership.

Nice smoker but the temperature is not controlled well. At times it will be 15 degrees hotter than you set other times it is spot on. Not a fan of the smoke pit design. Rather than having a quick trap door to clean it out you have to get a vacuum to clean out the ash. Good comes out very flavorful lots of room to cook on.

This is a great size for my husband and I! This being our first smoker we thought it would have had some basic recipes/guidelines to follow. I tried following a recipe my FIL had and nothing was fully cook. Searched Sam's for a cookbook based on this smoker/grill and found nothing.

Quality built and excellent value. We have cooked ribs, steaks, pork shoulder, burgers, and a lot of vegetables. Simple to get ready for grilling and smoking. We made our purchase for $399 and using Sam`s cash back even better value. The heavy powder coated grates so easy to clean up.
