All can say so far this one of the BEST things I have ever bought.. The quality is about and beyond for the money I haven't seen any better. I will say be careful the first burn-in and make sure to pay attention to the settings don't cook on p2 setting shut that off and then set your temperature. And make sure you read the directions I think that's where some people are having problems. All I had no problems with the directions that were included. Just take your time putting it together if it isn't already together.. Take a couple of trail runs first with smoking some chicken breast first there's a lot of recipes online good luck and enjoy I am..lol

Had this about a month. Have burned through 14lbs of pellets cooking for 22-26 hours in total. Great pellet grill. Keeps temp steady. Love bbq at 200-210, low and slow - pork and beef ribs. Tenderloin and sirloin rump. Chicken and sausage. Trying stuffed poblano peppers next !!

This is our first pellet grill. After two uses, I have not found an issue with unit holding temp selected or with the pellets feeding with auger. I used the pellets from Sam's and the flavor was good and meat came out flavorful. I would recommend this grill if asked by a friend.

Just switched to a pellet grill and need a little more practice to get it right. Instructions for putting the grill together were good only problem was the folding table. I think it would be useful to include some how to use videos along with actual cooking demonstrations.

Got this grill at an excellent price and had it delivered to my home. Box arrived in pristine condition, so got started building the grill. This was a quality made item and made sturdy. I am a senior and have put many items together that were simple to complex, and for the first time ever all the holes for screws matched perfectly. When I started cooking/smoking it gave me wonderful cooked and well smoked meats. I can truly highly recommend this grill, it won't disappoint.

Very nice option if you are looking to get a pellet grill. The grill comes with some great features and is pretty straightforward to use. You get 2 meat probes with the unit and the temperature reading for these probes is very accurate. Setting the temperature is super easy and I have noticed that for the most part the grill does a good job of getting to that temperature and holding it. I will say the 220 to 235 degree range is a sometimes a struggle for it to hit a desired degree in that range but is normally +/- 10 degrees. The grill does great at the smoke setting and gives a very mild smoke flavor, similar to other pellet grills. The pellet consumption is in line with other grills but this one is equipped with a larger hopper so no need to refill during a long cook. The materials used to make the grill are high quality and the mechanisms function as expected. The digital control screen is well lit and easy to read in the day and at night. Assembly of the unit is very easy and though it is easier with 2 people you can definitely do it by yourself. I would say if you are by yourself just make sure you can lift the required weight and you have blocks to hold the wheels in place. Cooking surface is great, plenty of space and the grill grates are high quality. Also the box heats at a pretty even temperature so you don't have one side that is way hotter or colder than the other side. Only small small downside to the grill is that it is not WiFi enabled and does not have an app. These are minor things as the grill is very easy to set and does not appear to need constant monitoring. Overall a very nice grill and well worth the money.

Grilll is dented and scratched. Screws for the table wouldn't fit so couldn't be attached. Having friends try to help me fix it wasn't worth the price for all the defects. Haven't grilled on it yet so don't know. Sitting in my kitchen. Thought about returning it

Easy to assemble, easy to use. Had a name brand that we couldn't disassemble to fix the auger. Found this at an amazing price. And we found it to be much nicer, easier to move around, just perfect for my elderly parents to use. Produced that perfect smoke taste as well.

Arrived quickly, free shipping for something that heavy is not the norm and it was clearance item half off. Grill was easy to put together intructions to operate very clear as long as you read it before your dog tears it up. There were several you tupe videos on the operation of the grill. I recommend this grill.
