The Members Mark Pro Series Pellet Grill is my first pellet grill. That being said I have had no problem learning how to grill with this pellet grill. So far I have made T- bone steaks, brats, asparagus, pork loin, salmon, smoked Mac & cheese, and chicken. Everything has been extremely good tasting and excellent reviews from the family. The two temp probes make making two different food items a breeze. With the three tier grate system you can really put a lot of food in the grill and take advantage of your grilling time.

We are loving this pellet grill. This is our first time cooking with pellets and we absolutely love how simple it is to use and how good a job it does at holding and maintaining temperatures, even over hours. We have made a beautiful brisket, fall Off the bone ribs, pulled pork among other things.

It's a well built sturfy unit and easy to assemble. It heatsdup quickly and the food tastes great. Mine gets up to 500 degrees so you grill as well as smoke. Comes with an included cover. One thing to consider with any pellet grill you can't leave the pellets in it during storage. Even though this one has a chute for quick empty you still hVe use a shop vac to get the remaining pellets out . If they degrade they can clog the auger. The p settings for temperature control aren't super accurate but I did some research and if you get within +-20 degrees you'll be ok.

Very pleased with this smoker. Can not beat it for the price. I was a little hesitant to purchase due to minimal reviews and videos on youtube. I would definitely purchase again.

Awesome smoker! For my first cook I chose to smoke a 16 LB brisket. The pellet smoker worked flawlessly with temp spikes no higher than 10* in 40 * weather.

PRO: Great size. Lots of options for food placement. Sturdy and secure door, which allows for excellent smoke retention and proper smoke channeling. Temperature sway, which happens on any pellet grill, is within expected parameters when using quality pellets. Heats to proper temp and smoke level quickly. CON: Single handle to move the grill around would be better placed on the side opposing the large wheel to allow for easier maneuvering. The lack of Bluetooth or WiFi temperature probes is unfortunate. This feature should be standard on any new pellet grill in 2022.

First pellet grill and have only had a short time but have cooked baby ribs, pork butt, chicken, boneless pork ribs, tenderloin, and tri-tip already. It seems well built, was easy to assemble. I am used to cooking with charcoal, lump charcoal and wood. While convenient, it does not have the same taste as smoking / grilling with charcoal / wood. Much better flavor then a gas grill, which I had many years ago and didn't like. The convenience is great, the other day was just me and fired it up to grill some chicken thighs for myself. Setting the temp and leaving it is great. It does give a decent smoke ring. It is nice to have the second shelf to keep food away from the heat source.

This is my first pellet grill, and I have some thoughts. I've been smoking briskets, whole pork loins, and steel head trout/salmon for more than 20 years on a stick smoker; I know what I'm doing when it comes to smoking a variety of proteins. I smoked a steel head trout filet first thing. It turned out really good, but it lacked the smokey oomph of a stick burner. I was happy that it was working right out of the gate. The grill is very sturdy, and putting it together was straightforward. All of the parts were marked, so no problem getting it set up in an hour. But, and this is a big but, don't lose any of the small hardware parts or you'll be heading to a hardware store. Clean up is a breeze with a small wet/dry vacuum. Vacuum the inside to remove the pellet dust, and reverse the vacuum to blow the pellets out of the hopper using a five gallon pail attached to the pellet chute. All in all, this was a good choice of pellet grill. $500 delivered. It's big enough for a single 19 pound brisket and/or a couple whole packer pork loins. It doesn't have wifi connectivity, but I use a couple Temp Spikes, so that's not a deal killer. The entire smoking case is insulated, but I live in Central Texas, so that's not as important for me. One last thing: if you absolutely need more smoke in the pit, buy a smoke tube. Or two. The bottom line is this is a sturdy grill, it's insulated, it has four wheels for easy moving, and it comes with a sturdy cover. I couldn't ask for anything more for $500.

Works well, but with an issue. The paint on the corners of the lid looks like it was ground off. The bare metal areas are about an inch or so long and 1/2 an inch wide. Other than that, the gril seems to work ok

Used it twice before the paint started flaking and exposed rust underneath Retuned it after less than a week At least it was easy to return just dropped it off at local Sam's club
