NOTE: If the fire is uncontrollable, do not attempt to remove food, as you may burn yourself. Always wear protective gloves to protect from burns.Never throw water on a fire. Your pellet grill has electrical components that can be permanently damaged.In Case of a Grease Fire:1. Keep the lid closed.2. Press and hold the selection dial to shut down.3. Unplug the unit.4. Wait for the fire to burn out completely.5.
