Very happy with this purchase! Even happier I got it on sale for in-store pickup. No ERR issue here, it sounds like there was simply a bad batch of processors. Temp does fluctuate a bit, but I haven't yet seen more than a 6^ variance. So far I have made some of the best NY Strips I have ever made, and some great pork loin chops. Can't wait for ribs, brisket....and Thanksgiving turkey!

Does well, especially considering other brands are over twice the price. The temp can fluctuate quite a bit but can be expected. The instructions for smoking under 200 are not how it actually works but with some usage was able to figure it out. Biggest issue is the pellet hopper design. There can still be plenty of pellets but they do not feed down, rather it makes a hole in the pellets and can cause the auger to not have any to feed unless you knock them down into the auger.

The grill is fantastic. Followed the instructions, easy set-up, have cooked with it everyday since and it works like a charm, and the price was right, huge savings over comparable Traeger Pellet Grills, for a well made, premium build grill that should last for years. The grill has all the features you would want, with two digital probes, controls that hold temps like you would expect. Cooked something at 450 degrees, cooked something for 7 hours at 220, there is nothing this grill cant do. Hats off to Sams Club, this Members Mark Grill is all it proclaimed to be and more!

Wow! This thing is built well period. We are shocked at how well built it is for the price. It was simple to put together. And we did it in less than one hour. Definitely follow the instructions through their app. And added bonus, The woman's voice on the app is sultry and seductive. We didn't even have to open the manual at all. We are defrosting turkeys now for a first run.

Purchased one week ago and tried my first pork butt tonight. Turned out better than I could have hoped for. I used the Member's Mark pellets. Put the pork on the second rack and a water bath underneath. After some testing, I determined that the bottom rack mirrors the temperature showing on the display but on the second rack after a water bath, the air temperature will be about 25F less. Just something to account for in setting temps. Ran it almost 14 hours or so. Non-stop to 190F. I used a homemade rub. Unreal pork flavor, plenty of smoke flavor. This pellet grill is easy to use, came with a nice cover, and makes the best pulled pork I've ever had. Con is that I didn't receive a user guide, but Member's Mark has a few videos on Youtube. I hope it last years to come.
