Just bought this on sale a few days ago, and assembled it this morning. Watch the assembly video on YouTube first, as it'll make the process go smoother. Then download the manual from the Sam's Club website. Definitely recommend two people, as the unit is heavy (155 lbs), and having extra hands to hold part while you attach screws would be helpful (I assembled this myself, but would ask for help to do it again). Neither the manual nor the video mention the allen wrench included with the parts package, should be used to attach the side shelf, as the tight spaces made using a drill or screwdriver almost impossible. Total time from opening the box to full assembly was about two hours (love that it comes with a cover!). Will post another review as soon as I cook with it.

Was super happy when I un packed it. You can tell by the parts that it is a sturdy one. I was very disappointed when it wouldn't come on. I called their number and we went thru step by step what could be wrong with it. From changing the fuse, checking the power source etc... turns out I had to replace the whole control module. It's working now. They sent the part right away. But still if I were an older person or someone who can not do mechanical things. I would have been s o l. It was aggravating not to have a brand new smoker not work. But so far now that I fixed it its been fine.

I bought this July 4, 2022. After a month all I can say is I love it. I wanted an American made grill but they run 2K and up. All the familiar names were all made in China. It works as it should and it is very heavy gauge metal. Compared to the traeger or reqteq models it is twice the grill. No bluetooth or wifi but I have a blue tooth meat prob already. There is a ton or room as well compared to the other brands models at 50% more cost. BUY ONE!

I was initially a little concerned about the negative reviews due to the ERR code. This happened to me, but I quickly found out that it is just because when the pellet hopper gets half empty, the pellets may not feed properly into the auger. The trick to prevent this is to just make sure that the hopper stays between half full and completely full. This is a very common problem with pellet grills unfortunately. That said, I have smoked 2 briskets and 2 pork butts overnight without issue by filling the hopper completely with pellets before bed and refilling it in the morning.

The metal portion of the grill is good it is decent to put together - I get it all set pour my pellets in plug it in it turns on for a quick second then the screen displays ERP. Look in the manual and it says power issue. So I switch plugs thinking that's the issue. Nope didn't change not sure what to do now as I destroyed the box opening it and can't return sure......

My husband and I have been looking for a new pellet grill and this one has all the bells and whistles! I was afraid to get it because of the few repetitive reviews on how it has issues with temperature regulation, but genuinely it just needs about 10-20 minutes. I'm so glad we made this purchase and highly recommend it!

Bought this smoker a week ago and have already done brisket, pulled pork, half chicken and sausages. Have used 1 small bag of pellets. The controls are easy and accurate to use, not much fluctuation in temp at all. The temp probes are excellent in accuracy too. Go ahead buy one of these you will be impressed.

Got ERR at startup. Now waiting for replacement control board. Customer service is good, but they make you do unnecessary troubleshooting (which is problematic because it instructs you to empty the hopper and its a PITA which you really don't need to do to verify auger function - you can see it under the lid.). They seem to know this board failure issue is a common problem, and it explains the clear-out pricing. Parts finally shipped today - 5 days after the request. So if you have this problem you can likely count on 10 days for replacement part. Meanwhile my new brisket is going bad in the fridge :(

Bought this grill on clearance for $289. Great price for what has the potential to be a great pellet grill. Everything about it is great except the most important part, the controller is very substandard! Temp swings of 30-40 degrees in both directions of set temp is not normal as customer service would have you believe. Put an even half decent controller on it and this would be a great grill. As is, it will be getting returned.

I bought this item on sale just before it went out of stock. I had read the reviews, so I didn't have high expectations for it. Assembly was easy and instructions were clear. I just smoked a pork shoulder overnight. The result was absolutely perfect. The controller maintained my preset temperature (220) within three degrees every time I checked. No problems whatever so far. If this holds up it's going to be my best deal ever. Should have bought a pellet smoker years ago. If this becomes available again grab one quickly.
