Finally was able to use this smoker after buying it in June. Smoked a 6 lb. prime rib yesterday-WOW! So tasty and juicy! Wife and I almost finished it off. Smoker was easy to use...so much easier than the green egg I was replacing! Highly recommended!!!

WOULD RATE 5 STAR for first four uses; no error codes but my temperature control cannot hold 200F temp. have called help line and they are sending a sensor but I think it is the controller board or software. Smoker setting temp varies 175-250+ degrees F. Higher temp setting get more accurate the higher the temp.

We bought this product as we have a Treager Pellet Grill, it is getting older, we thought for the clearance price at the end of the season in 2022 we would give it a try, it is smaller than our Treager, however, it is insulated and holds temps as the Treager does not without a blanket. Overall the comparison to the Treager is greater in the plus column as the removal of the pellets the drip pan the side tray storage underneath. End of season 2023 we purchased one for our son. d

My vertical smoker just wasn't cutting it, couldn't hold smoke even a smoking tube left a bitter flavor. Happened to come across this smoker on sale 1/2 off decided why not. The shipper dropped it off in great condition and was a little nervous reading about damage drop offs. Putting it together was a breeze. Used the grill for some pork chops, that went ok. But nothing like a flame or charcoal grill. Now the smoker part was fantastic. The ribs turned out great, doing a butt as I write this review. Held temp consistently, great smoke ring. Not getting any error code very happy with the purchase. Again at that price how can you go wrong and get one. You have the Sam's club guarantee to give you piece of mind. Gonna be a great summer for smoking!!!!

She saw this on sale this weekend and we needed to replace our sad smoker. It's a great product for sure. Assembly was tricky given the weight of this thing, but it is built very solid. We were up and running in about 2 hours. Made a great ribeye first night. The 3 tier rack design is tricky to used to if your tall and have big hands. Not a lot of room to move things around, but you can remove the center rack for better access. Controller is super easy to operate and I mean my anti-tech wife had it down in one training lesson. After the steak, she made her rhubarb glazed pork loin. Never had it been so juicy. Used both probes to ensure proper temp of pork. Tonight I came home from the gym and she had 4 half chickens on 275. They were amazing. Use quality pellets! I went out and bought Trager pellets bc I figured they had to be good to satisfy their customers (right?). Only issue I have is she now has taken over my man-job of grilling! I can still have a wine and watch I guess.
