If you are looking for LUMP charcoal, do not buy this product! The charcoal is in little bitty pieces!

This is not LUMP charocoal!

This charcoal burned well, but the pieces were so small I had to buy a new steel grate to keep them from falling though.

Pieces are soooo small!

Burns hot and long. Don't need a lot and it doesn't have a smell like the old-fashioned square charcoal.

I like the way it burns, but lately there has been more small pieces and a lot of fines. May go back to Royal Oak which has been more consistent.

Good, but not the best

This is the worst lump coal I have ever used. The "lump" coal was very small. There didn't appear to be any large chunks of coal. As a result, this coal foes not last long and you need to use more than twice the coal to get the same results that you would get from other brands.

Terrible coal don't buy it

Good lymphatic but not great. Not very many large chunks. A lot of medium and way too much small pieces. However it’s a great value.
