My coals burned pretty even across the entire grill making for an delicious dinner for everyone involved. Flavor was great as we expected. My only issue was some of the sizes of the coals were inconsistent

My buddies that compete in BBQ use this stuff and love it. I also won a couple bags as a give away and they have preformed much better than other brands I have tried. I look forward to using it at a competition this weekend. The bang for your buck is top notch on this product.

Complete waste of money! Tiny small pieces burs up quick. I don't care how many fake reviews they put up here claiming it's the best charcoal ever,, LOL it sucks sorry!! If you're using the indirect method in a kettle, it burns too hot. So you have to use less but have to constantly add more cuz it burns way to fast. They are just selling some other products waste is my guess. Can't even think about smoking a turkey

I was impressed with how clean and natural the charcoal is, with no chemical smell and minimal dust. I also appreciate that it's made from sustainably sourced Acacia wood, which gives off a nice, mild, smoky flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This charcoal is not like the last charcoal I used. Previously had purchased the brick type of charcoal and I find it hard to light. I like the flavor of charcoal barbecue meat, but I have gotten away from it since it was more difficult for me. This charcoal has opened up a whole New World and we have broke out the charcoal barbecue. The bag was much lighter than it looked and the handle on top makes it very convenient. It opens easy and I do suggest you use something to scoop this out instead of your hands because it does transfer quite a bit and you get black everywhere. What is really nice is that it lights easily, I just used the clicker for a second and as you can see in one of the photos it already turned red. I also like that you can use a little or a lot depending on what you’re doing and how much heat might need and for how long.

It started quickly in a charcoal chimney. It burned evenly. We cooked breakfast for dinner and it turned out amazing.

This is not lump charcoal as I know it. It is a bag of very small pieces of charcoal that probably broke off other pieces. Like someone swept up a pile of dust and fragments after all the good, larger pieces had been taken. I would strongly warn potential buyers not to purchase this product.

I found this charcoal easy to use, with no issues lighting. Being a novice charcoal grill user, I felt the mix of large and small pieces made lighting easier. My food cooked my food well and tasted good. I was excited to see a better option for charcoal without all the junk others have. Recommend.
