Our charcoal is 100% hardwood Acacia with nothing added, so while pieces vary in size naturally, you should absolutely be getting chunks large enough to build and control your fire the way you want. Hey Jason, that&#39;s not what you should be getting from us, and it sounds like this bag missed the mark.<br />Our charcoal is 100% hardwood Acacia, and some size variation is part of a natural product, but a bag that&#39;s more or less dust points to something going wrong in handling before it reached you.
