Thank you for your feedback. One thing to note about our hardwood Acacia charcoal is that it’s incredibly dense, which can lead to higher temperatures with proper airflow. If too much airflow is allowed, it can burn faster, so we recommend closely monitoring the air intake and temperature as it heats up. This will help maintain steady heat for longer grilling sessions.
