Not good charcoal at all. My bag had mostly smaller chunks.

I love the lump coals. I think they burn much better. And clean no after taste

We love to use this lump charcoal for smoking meats in our kettle smoker. It burns long and well.

Seems to burn fine, but it had a few large chunks and then so, so many small "pebbles".
