Hey Douglas, small pieces and broken charcoal making up much of the bag isn&#39;t what you should be getting from us.<br />Some size variation comes with a natural product, but you should be getting good-sized chunks that give you steady, consistent heat. That much small and broken stuff usually means the bag got knocked around in handling before it reached you.<br />We&#39;d like to make it right.
