Hey Jason, that&#39;s not what you should be getting from us, and it sounds like this bag missed the mark.<br />Our charcoal is 100% hardwood Acacia, and some size variation is part of a natural product, but a bag that&#39;s more or less dust points to something going wrong in handling before it reached you. It should be recognizable, usable lump top to bottom.<br />We&#39;d like to make it right.
