The grill is very nice. Large enough to cook for a gathering. It’s replacing a 25 year old Vermont Casting. Just wish it was a natural gas grill.

This is a nice, well built grill that will last many years. We are replacing a high end Weber and this one is as good or better in all aspects.

Only used it a couple of times, but happy so far. Assembly wasn’t too bad and it seems well built for the money.

Very good quality. Excellent shipping packaging. Good clear instructions. Allow 4 to 5 hours for assembly. Two people helps.

Very good heavy duty grill. The grates are very strong. Grill gets and stays hot. Took about 3 hours to put together but not very hard.

Grill is awesome, however sticky huge signs on lid are impossible to remove without scratching the lid. Tried everything imaginable without success.

Bad wiring and lighting instructions. Screws and bolts in difficult positions to get to and the Sticker on the top of the gill was a nightmare to remove!

Nice grill. Assembly was about a 6/10. The bends on the steel make it difficult to align the hardware to their holes. Additionally, the marketing stickers aren't peel freindly. They stuck to the stainless steel lid, making a mess. Lastly, the doors don't seem to line up. The handles are off center to one another. This is probably not a common issue. I contacted customer service and hope a mew set of doors will help. It seems well built. My last Members Mark grill lasted about 7 years. Living in Florida with high humidity tends to wear things out.

This is a nice grill, but man, it took myself and my teenage child almost 3 hours to put this together. We did not use the app. For the most part, the regular instructions are pretty clear. (With the exception of running the wiring harness.). You will need at least 3 different sizes of Phillips head screwdrivers, and there is no room to cheat with power tools. It's all by hand. Cooked up pretty good on the first run post burn-in though!

Have had this grill about 2 years have issues with a constant temperature was cooking on it over Mam Memorial weekend cooking just hot dogs and was on low heat about 300 degrees went stepped away for about 10 mins came back to grill and it got so hot it was on fire and melted the grill never in my life have I seen this do not recommend this grill I’m lucky it wasn’t next to my house would of burned down.👎
