Best Grill Money Can Buy!

Well made grill while putting it together I noticed that all parts were well made and looked just as good as other brands. It compares the the Weber Genesis line and for the money it is way better heavy duty burners, grates, and lid make for a very nice and hopefully long lasting grill.

Exceptionally nice grill.

There are so many things about this grill that make it a terrific buy, The stainless steel and cast aluminum, the size and 5 burners, the searing burner. I can't say enough great things about this grill to let you know just what a great deal this is. If there is anything negative about this purchase, is that it took hours to assemble, No regrets!

Really happy with our grill choice. Excellent quality for such a reasonable price. The grill is built really well. Assembly was very simple and the instructions were very clear. We have been using the unit at least 4 times a week and definitely recommend it.

Very nice looking, heats up nice and quick

Nice looking grill and exactly what we needed. We ordered on line, so it had to be completely assembled- it looks scary when you open the box, but we downloaded the BILT app as it states on the 1st page of the manual and it was a life-saver. It shows 3D pics of each step so you can rotate in any direction and is very clear on what type of screw/hardware is needed. It was just the 2 of us (seniors :^) and it takes some time, but it went really well since I could visualize each step on my tablet before we moved to the next steps. I'm not so sure it would have gone so well without it, so I really recommend using the app. Turned everything on and all the burners work and we're looking forward to many good meals.

Hate it!!!!

Took forever to put together, heats unevenly, everything sticks to the stainless steel grates. One of the doors also gets stuck and you have to lift it to close it. I tried to return it but they didn't accept it at the store. Now I'm stuck with a grill that I hate

Super glued sticker

Great grill,put together in 2 hours.then I started pulling the stickers off.both stickers came off shelf easy.then the grill box sticker,it seems they put it on with super glue ,spent more time on sticker than assembly. Heading to store to get chemicals to remove.wouldve been a five star review,lost 4 stars for a sticker,if I can't get all residue off.i guess I'll have to call customer service. Unbelievable ruins the whole experience of getting a great grill

However, there were units that were already stocked at the stores with the old sticker, so you may have received a unit that was prior to the sticker changes.Tip: Try heating up the grill to about 250F-300F and then lifting off the sticker. Pour olive oil onto a cloth and gently rub to remove any sticker residue. After sticker and residue has been removed, you can apply additional olive oil to the lid to restore the shine. Hope this helps!

Not a good start

I just bought this and have not had a chance to use it due to the large advertisement sticker they placed on top of the grill lid does not come off. It left a mess where the sticker separated in half or just thick sticky glue. Called the help line and they said try to scrub it off. I paid too much for this grill to scrub on the stainless steal to remove your advertisement. Also, will point out the grill is not eligible for return.

We did make some changes to the sticker when we received feedback from valued customers like you! However, there were units that were already stocked at the stores with the old sticker, so you may have received a unit that was prior to the sticker changes.Many customers found that rubbing alcohol removed all of the glue residue left from the big stickers. Take a microfiber towel and rub it on the glue to remove it. Applying a little bit of cooking oil to the lid after the residue is removed, will restore the shine of the lid. Hope this helps!

Grilling Like a Boss!!

After several exhausting hours doing the research on various grills and infrared pros and cons I settled on this awesome grill. It has a side infrared cooker which is essential to get that initial searing to both sides of your food. This one works great! Assembly…is a bit tedious but went faster cause I have a battery operated screw gun. It’s not necessary but did make it go faster. The BILT app was very easy to follow. I bought, assembled, and got my first use all in day one. I washed the grates (anything that food touches) with hot soapy water and a scrub brush. Then everything got turned on (except my wife) for 15 minutes at the hottest setting. This is per instructions and gets rid of the manufacturer oils, etc. I had some pork chops that begged to be seasoned, fondled with rub (the only fondling in my life), and then seared with infrared and finally set on the regular grill area. They turned out fantastic! They also cooked faster without burning. Can’t wait to try steaks! The grill is super easy to use once assembled and feels like quality materials were used with thoughtful design. Even my wife was impressed! Was that a gleam I caught in her eye!! :)
