Well made grill while putting it together I noticed that all parts were well made and looked just as good as other brands. It compares the the Weber Genesis line and for the money it is way better heavy duty burners, grates, and lid make for a very nice and hopefully long lasting grill.

There are so many things about this grill that make it a terrific buy, The stainless steel and cast aluminum, the size and 5 burners, the searing burner. I can't say enough great things about this grill to let you know just what a great deal this is. If there is anything negative about this purchase, is that it took hours to assemble, No regrets!

Nice looking grill and exactly what we needed. We ordered on line, so it had to be completely assembled- it looks scary when you open the box, but we downloaded the BILT app as it states on the 1st page of the manual and it was a life-saver. It shows 3D pics of each step so you can rotate in any direction and is very clear on what type of screw/hardware is needed. It was just the 2 of us (seniors :^) and it takes some time, but it went really well since I could visualize each step on my tablet before we moved to the next steps. I'm not so sure it would have gone so well without it, so I really recommend using the app. Turned everything on and all the burners work and we're looking forward to many good meals.

Really happy with our grill choice. Excellent quality for such a reasonable price. The grill is built really well. Assembly was very simple and the instructions were very clear. We have been using the unit at least 4 times a week and definitely recommend it.

I love the side burner for searing. And the directions and separation of parts made the assembly very straightforward. The APP was awesome. Works great and the cover was a real bonus.

We were pleased with the assembly instructions. We read through them and utilized the assembly app as we put the grill together. Having a cordless screwdriver/grill was a big help. We’ve only used the grill once but we’re pleased with how quickly it heated up co pared to the natural gas grill we had before We are happy with the construction of the grill and the materials used. Of course, only time will tell how well the components hold up in the Chicago climate.

This is an awesome grill and easy to put together. It’s very spacious and sturdy. I love the stainless grates and believe they will outlast the standard grates on most grills. My only complaint is that the description could be better if the dimensions of the box as well as the weight of the box were available. I had to make several calls to get that information. That information is important in knowing what kind of vehicle will haul this grill home and if it could be handled by a single person.

After several exhausting hours doing the research on various grills and infrared pros and cons I settled on this awesome grill. It has a side infrared cooker which is essential to get that initial searing to both sides of your food. This one works great! Assembly…is a bit tedious but went faster cause I have a battery operated screw gun. It’s not necessary but did make it go faster. The BILT app was very easy to follow. I bought, assembled, and got my first use all in day one. I washed the grates (anything that food touches) with hot soapy water and a scrub brush. Then everything got turned on (except my wife) for 15 minutes at the hottest setting. This is per instructions and gets rid of the manufacturer oils, etc. I had some pork chops that begged to be seasoned, fondled with rub (the only fondling in my life), and then seared with infrared and finally set on the regular grill area. They turned out fantastic! They also cooked faster without burning. Can’t wait to try steaks! The grill is super easy to use once assembled and feels like quality materials were used with thoughtful design. Even my wife was impressed! Was that a gleam I caught in her eye!! :)

Decent grill, does not produce high heat for grill marks. The igniter button does not work and was put on an 8 month wait list to get it fixed.

DO NOT BUY but if you do, read the warranty very carefully. It is apparent that Sams club is aware of fires resulting from this grill from the lighter tubes. I still don’t believe that this is what cause my fire because we had inspected ours but the customer service agent I spoke with said that complaints of fires were common and my claim was not under warranty because it more than likely resulted from a spider in the tube. You heard that right: the customer service agent said FIRES are common in this grill and when I asked if intense fires in a matter of seconds that melt the hood/lid, metal grates, and all of the firebox, and sides of The grill…he said that sounds consistent with a spider. Make your own decision about this grill but buyer beware Sam’s admits that fires are common with this grill.
