Well built, sturdy, and good looking grill. But… I can’t get temp at the grill level hot enough to sear steaks and burgers. I had a 5 burner MM grill from 3 years ago that I loved but had to leave it as I moved out of state. I don’t know if it’s atheist distance from burner to grill difference or lower regulator but I’m not happy. If there are any ways to increase the heat or overclock this grill please let me know. Sadly I regret my purchase as of now.

It makes me sad to write this review. We bought this grill late last summer. We used it just a few times in the fall before winter came. But we actually really loved this grill and discussed how much it reminded us of our Weber that we bought it to replace that lasted 13 years. Sadly enough, though this one will not last that long. We used it just a couple of times this spring because we have spent a lot of time traveling away from home. Yesterday, however, we decided to use it again. We lit the grill and left it to preheat. As went back inside, we turned to see the entire grill engulfed in flames. Thankfully, a visitor to our home quickly ran to disconnect and remove the propane tank and rolled the grill away from the wall of our home. We then put out the fire with an extinguisher. The fire was so Intense that it completely burned out all the metal Sides, bottom and back of this grill as well as melted the grates. Thank God the only damage was a soot covered wall and melted vinyl above the grill. It could have been alot worse. With that being said, I cannot recommend this grill.

Never used and garage kept. The wheeled nut welded to the frame broke. Since I bought it at the end of summer 2022, to late to return to SAMS CLUB. I guess I will have to take it to a welder to have it fixed. Additional cost out my pocket. Not happy with the tack weld. SAM'S CLUB Vendor need to put a full bead weld on the nut insert into grill frame.

This grill is well built, easy to assemble and reliable. It took a few hours to follow the directions and get the grill ready to go. Once assembled the grill heats quickly and evenly. Some reviews talk about food sticking to the grills, those people must not know how to use a grill or cook, if you preheat the grill as suggested the food wont stick if you leave it alone for two minutes, any complaints about this grill are user error. Mine is outside and covered and has no rust. The all aluminum tub is rust proof , the steel grills, flame tents and heat shields are easy to clean when soaked for a bit in hot soapy water.

Grill itself not bad, but shipping company EFW used was the worst. Delivery was 15 days past original delivery date even though grill was in destination city. Grill was damaged and had to be replaced. Company delivering replacement grill were on time and professional. Return was conducted by original shipping company EFW. Did not show the day of pick up. Had contact multiple times to find out what was going on, finally showed up many hours late at 9pm. Sam’s needs to remove this shipping company from their vendor list.

This is a nice, well built grill that will last many years. We are replacing a high end Weber and this one is as good or better in all aspects.

Only used it a couple of times, but happy so far. Assembly wasn’t too bad and it seems well built for the money.

Grill is awesome, however sticky huge signs on lid are impossible to remove without scratching the lid. Tried everything imaginable without success.
