Great Grill

Good quality grill especially for the price. Electronic ignition works well as does the side sear burner. Stainless steel grate are rarely found on models at this price range. Reasonably even cooking. Assembly is not easy but if you use the Built app. It is fairly straight forward. It took about 2.5 hours to assemble with two people.

Nice grill

So far this I a very good grill. We have only cooked three meals on it. I used BILT for assembly instructions. Had I used the inclosed instructions I would be still trying to get it together and I have a masters degree in engineering. Still there were a few problems due to manufacturing inconsistencies.

Large labels nearly impossible to remove

So far the grill performance is very good. Assembly was easy. Removal of information stickers on the grill was extremely hard. I used several chemicals and far too much labor to get clean. I considered returning the grill but after 3 days and nights work, the grill is finally clean. Need to fix this

We bought this to replace the old grill, which we got from Sam's Club 15 years ago. If this one lasts as long as our other grill, it will be great. We looked at alot of different grills prior to buying this one. We thought that it was a bit heavier made which we really liked.

Great heavy duty grill!

This competes with a Weber Summit easily; I know I've had two. I would have bought another Weber, but the price on this when it's on sale can not be beat. It's an erector set, but then all grills are. Instructions are clear and all of the screws are labeled in a blister pack. No sharp edges and the cast aluminum firebox is already put together. This thing is heavy! Took me about 3 hours to assemble.

Normally members mark is decent quality

Spent 3 hours yesterday putting this thing together. Fired it up for dinner and waited....and waited 1 hour pre heat and the grill is finally up to 400. Open the lid wham all the heat gone. Couldn't even finish dinner on it. Side burner won't get over 300 degrees. Loading up today and returning.

Huge sticker nightmare

I just purchased this grill. Spent the night putting it together and everything is great but the huge sticker on the top. It came off but left all of the glue. So far we have 1 1/2 hours into getting the glue removed using goof off. If it was not for that sticker it would get a solid five stars

We did make some changes to the sticker when we received feedback from valued customers like you! However, there were units that were already stocked at the stores with the old sticker, so you may have received a unit that was prior to the sticker changes.Many customers found that rubbing alcohol removed all of the glue residue left from the big stickers. Take a microfiber towel and rub it on the glue to remove it. Applying a little bit of cooking oil to the lid after the residue is removed, will restore the shine of the lid.Hope this helps!

I just bought this Grill,, the gas connection hose has a leak , I had a party and I couldn’t cook on it, it was a total failure and frustration

I like everything but the large vent in the rear. I think it is too large and allows the heat to escape and the grill takes longer to heat up
