Great grill for price. Stainless steel grills. My last grill was a Weber Genisis. Need 2 persons to put together.

I actually bought 2 of these grills for our condo complex. Everyone loves them and they are in regular daily use.

So far, so good, but have only cooked on it once. Took 30 minutes just to remove the grill parts from the box and two and a half more hours to put it together. Holes on the side burner grease trap were too small for the screws provided so I had to buy some to fit. Overall satisfied, but let’s see how the various parts hood up over time.

Takes a little while to assemble, but in the process I was impressed with the quality of all the materials. Powder coated surfaces look very thick and durable. All the fasteners are stainless, everything fit together like a glove...the T304 stainless grates are HEAVY. Hopefully they will last for many years. Heats up very quickly, be sure to follow the lighting instructions so you don't activate the gas flow inhibiter. The grille is BIG. Probably overkill for us, but at this price ($524 on sale), you'd be hard pressed to find a top quality grille like this.

So far this I a very good grill. We have only cooked three meals on it. I used BILT for assembly instructions. Had I used the inclosed instructions I would be still trying to get it together and I have a masters degree in engineering. Still there were a few problems due to manufacturing inconsistencies.

We bought this to replace the old grill, which we got from Sam's Club 15 years ago. If this one lasts as long as our other grill, it will be great. We looked at alot of different grills prior to buying this one. We thought that it was a bit heavier made which we really liked.

First grill came without directions, tied using the App but very hard to navigate. Grill was missing parts but called and customer support was great sent new grill this one had all the instructions and all parts to complete the project. All & All very pleased the grill is a quality product.

Good quality grill especially for the price. Electronic ignition works well as does the side sear burner. Stainless steel grate are rarely found on models at this price range. Reasonably even cooking. Assembly is not easy but if you use the Built app. It is fairly straight forward. It took about 2.5 hours to assemble with two people.

So far the grill performance is very good. Assembly was easy. Removal of information stickers on the grill was extremely hard. I used several chemicals and far too much labor to get clean. I considered returning the grill but after 3 days and nights work, the grill is finally clean. Need to fix this
