After reading the instructions, it was refreshing to know that the app assists users with the product. My favorite tool is the notification on the app that lets you know when your drying session has completed as well as letting you know that the vent needs to be cleaned.

The dryer door let's the lent collect around the seal instead of the lent trap. They brought me a replacement, and it does the same thing. They then sent out a repair man who was a joke. With out even really checking it out, he said it was a manufacturing defect . And I'm stuck with a defective product. Not pleased at all.

Of course I bought another LG set because of their reliability. I sell appliances for a living and this is the brand I tell customer is the best! My wm3600 is quiet and has all the function I need.

This dryer is also awesome! Had it for 2 months now and operating flawlessly! We love the ThinQ feature and app on our phones. You get status update notifications, can check on status of the drying cycle, can download customer dry cycles, etc! Plus it it very aesthetic looking and we get nothing but positive feedback from visitors on this unit!

Perfection. So especially love being told via WiFi connection that my load is completed, what a tremendous help in reducing wrinkles and making clothes look their best. There are lots of cycle options that help make light and healthy work of cleaning your clothes and household linens!

So when my dryer of 21 years finally gave up the ghost, I was more than ready to begin my new era of drying. LG was my number one choice: I already have a 13 year old LG washer that has only needed one repair. Since my previous another brand dryer was basically a selection of time dry or perm press, this LG offers perfect choices, along with a fantastic steam feature that really leaves clothes looking wonderful. I'm still experimenting with all my options, not to mention my downloadable cycles. And when it's time for a new washer, I know I can get the matching LG model and set up a wi-fi link between the two for even more efficient drying!

I also enjoy the wifi capabilities - the app sends notifications when each load is complete. The design is also very modern, which I love; would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great washer. Good capacity for large comforters. I have an air bnb and wash king size bedding without any difficult. It is quiet and efficient. It plays a fun little sea shanty at the end of the wash!
