I also never thought I would need an app for my washer and dryer but it is quite a great feature for those who quickly forget they are doing laundry.

Year old. Works very well when you don't push the wrong buttons. Somehow we engaged the child lock. There is no child lock button. After hours thinking the error code was clean filter we called help line. Had to press and hold a button to clear. Lots of wasted time when a complete owners manual is not provided.

I bought this dryer about a month ago when my old one died. I was so excited about all the features it had. However, after it was delivered and I tried to use it I was very upset. I could not get it to make any changes to the cycles I wanted to use. It turns out the machine was too smart for me. However after a lesson from the techs I now love it. It seems one step I missed was to chose the cycle I needed to turn the know a little to the left. That allows me to use the cycle the way I chose to. Thanks LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer dries our laundry quickly but also doesn't "cook" our clothes by getting too hot. I trust it with some of my thinner shirts and other items I used to let air dry. The steam function seems to work well for de-wrinkling my wife's cardigans. I have not tried to connect to the smartphone controls, and don't anticipate needing to use that feature. Two things to note: 1) when the gas kicks on it sounds like a blast furnace. Much louder than my old dryer, but our laundry room is out of the way so it doesn't annoy us. 2) In addition to purchasing a gas hose, you will need to purchase the adaptor/connector piece to actually connect the gas line to the dryer. It was a simple purchase from a local hardware store, but an extra trip I wasn't anticipating. Overall, love the dryer so far!

It has great features such as smart app features which allow me to operate my machine from my phone and I can also see how it will take to finish my laundry! It’s just an amazing product overall! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works quickly, it’s quiet and hello it’s got a touch of rose gold!!! I love the front loading and the pedestals! I have noticed that I have to set It for extra dry to get towels fully dry but other than that it’s worked great.

I wish it had the dryer rack i it’s supposed to come with also wish it had instructions on how to use the machine I would’ve never bought it my wife did Also there’s no place to put in why are you pick the machine you have to pick what they want you to pick that’s not a way to review a machine

This dryer has so many options to keep our clothes looking nice and wrinkle free. extremely large capacity for bed spreads and handles bed sheets for four bedrooms at a time. I would definately by this product again!
