[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this based on reviews so no surprise that it dries great. Also not surprised that a) WiFi doesn't work at all and b) LG support is useless on that issue. This will not be your introduction to The Internet of Things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our other non-LG washer & dryer finally wore out. We are very pleased with our new LG washer & dryer as the have more useful washing or drying options, take up less space and make very noise while in use!

I purchased this dryer to replace our 17 year old LG dryer that was starting to wear out and not worth fixing. I love the new features and energy efficiency upgrade. It’s much quieter and great at removing all of the pet hair the washer missed. The steam feature is great for smoothing out the wrinkles on dress clothes before events.

This dryer after the very first load, threw off error codes and the clothes did not dry properly. I would not recommend this dryer, in fact we had it returned, and they sent us a new replacement dryer. The new dryer was even worse as it would not start at all. All the lights came on but the dryer would not work at all. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MODEL ESPECIALLY AFTER 2 DRYERS WERE BAD.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG performs beautifully. Maybe a bit loud on spin cycles, but fine. The frustration is that although it shows that it's connected to the house wi-fi, and I can follow wash progress, it no longer reports when a load is finished, and it stopped recording cycle history.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the DLEX4000W to replace an older front loading LG dryer. We purchased the WM4000 washer at the same time. Both have added features that, such as steam, that we did not have on our older LG units. We love our new washer and dryer, just like we loved our older 15 year old LG washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer about 1.5 months ago...it took 3 weeks to be delivered. Downloading programs is easy, once you figure it out. Love the built- in technology. Haven't used all of it yet, but looking forward to it.

I also never thought I would need an app for my washer and dryer but it is quite a great feature for those who quickly forget they are doing laundry.

Advised by multiple repairman and salesmen (with more Samsung inventory mind you) that LG is far superior. Time will tell but so far so good. Appreciate the app and reminders that old is done.
