It keeps saying there’s an obstruction in the vent - but now I’ll be on my 4th technician to come out this afternoon and it’s still not working drying my clothes. I really wish I would have gone for a cheaper less sensitive model. This has been nothing but an expensive headache and I still don’t have dry clothes. Washer seems to be working fine.

Along with our latest washing machine this companion dryer is remarkably efficient quiet and dries in a quicker time than our previous LG dryer! Sensing and excellent dry cycles gives us another LG product that we’ve trusted for 20 years. Obviously longevity will be the key factor with trouble free workmanship.

Had a couple issues at about 15 years and was recommended to replace since they only last 10 years at the most. The issues went away till 5 years later so it was time to replace both. With that kind of reliability it was a no brainer to replace with LG products again.

Somewhat complicated, and no clear instructions on operations but once you begin to play around with it, it's smooth sailing from there. The preset drying options are very dry accurate. Enjoying my new dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer a couple of months ago and after a month use started noticing the heavy noise, requested for a tech visit and he confirmed that the motor has some problem and needs to be replaced. Cannot use the dryer until the motor is replaced. Not sure about the ETA.

I have noticed the following; it is very fast, it is quiet, it has has more settings than I can imagine. I’m still debating the purpose of the steam feature. However it does seem to hasten the drying time and the clothes smell great. The lint capture is so effective that almost no lint reaches the outside vent. In a month I haven’t cleaned the outside vent once. So far very pleased and the the fact that it is built 50 miles from Nashville in Clarksville, Tn is a huge plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer does a great job washing clothes. My only concern is the WiFi. Most of the time it reports the information to my iPhone just fine. Sometimes it say it is off when I know it’s on and sometimes fail to alert me at the end of a cycle.

They lasted pretty long and had no major issues until recently, especially with the washing machine. I find LG brands to be very reliable. That's why I bought a brand new set. The dryer is awesome as you can use your phone to see in real time action. It has a cool music at the end of the drying task. The buttons are easy to understand as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is the worst. I have alphas the control board replaced. It always has the d80 code like there is no vent. But this a new construction plus we have checked for any blockages. What I think is the dryer blower not strong enough to vent out.
