We got the new dryer and it has been so good, I don't have to guess if my clothes are actually dry or just damp dry. We are in the process of getting the washing machine to go along with it so I'm looking forward to cleaner and drier clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can actually dry a decent size load in 35 minutes! took twice as long with our old unit. There are less wrinkles too. Best feature is being able to see how long is left on the cycle and receiving an alert on the phone when it is complete. Very pleased.

Very easy to use but the thing I like the most is how quite these are you can not hear them running at all.It does dry hotter on low than the old dryer. I do like the WiFi and LG app which sends a notification to my Phone when the cycles complete. Really love the functionality especially if I get busy in other room of the house. The controls can be greatly simplified! If you need to freshen up a piece of clothing just use the steam function. I’m so happy with my new dryer paired with the washer that is amazing too.

Love technology that assists with cleaning cycles and maintenance. Quiet cycles and top of the line! If you can afford, get pedestals!! These machines are so good-looking, I almost want to remove my custom cabinets to view them! LOL

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We originally ordered this item on July 26, 2023. After having received a multitude of damaged pieces, we finally returned all of our order. This included a washer, dryer and two pedestals. We had a dented washer and five pedestals. We are not happy, but we just placed a new order today for the same items, but in graphite black instead of the white that we originally ordered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer in November and I am so happy that I did. I like the efficiency of it. It automatically selects the time to dry a big load. Although sometimes I select the 'timed' dry to High/40 mins and when it's done it is really dry NOT moist or damp. It is energy efficient. I don't have any big gas/electric bill even when I do my laundry 3 medium loads a week and few big loads on weekends. It also notifies me on my phone when it's done.

This dryer came with wifi enabled and we didn't think there was a need for that but hey it came with it so its fine. The dryer works ie it dries clothes. Does it intelligently shut off the dryer when the clothes are dry even if the timer isn't done, not sure... Perhaps it should.
