I had my first one for 15 years and it was still running perfectly with its matching dryer when we moved and left them with the house. This LG washer is awesome. I love that I can delay start and hit a button from my phone to change the settings. My laundry is coming whiter with the bright whites setting, I love the quick wash setting. The only complaint is, don’t set anything on top of it. The shine finish is super delicate, we have the dark grey, and it has scratches now from setting some laundry on it within the first week. Other than that it works great, functions perfectly and the WiFi it pretty cool.

Mine was installed as a stackable unit. I absolutely LOVE the way it washes and dry's my clothes. I'm very tech oriented, so the APP functionality is right up my alley. I totally recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first front loading dryer and that feature alone is amazing. Overall, this dryer was worth the price, with the various settings saving me a lot of time restarting the dryer on thicker or heavier loads. The sensing technology works surprisingly well to increase dry time if needed. This is particularly helpful with heavier items like blankets or thick hoodies and sweatshirts. I've never had a dryer that would actually dry those items in a single run and this dryer does with no issues. I'm very happy with the purchase and happy with all of the LG appliances we have purchased for our new house.

Had this for about 45 days and still getting to know all the features. Great capacity, and when paired with the ThinQ app is convenient to know when your items are done. As mentioned we are still getting to know all the features, but definitely quiet, and quick.

The instructions manual is a little vague with some of the features. But over all I couldn’t recommend anything better for the price. Thanks LG

I especially enjoy the app, the ability to download other drying options and the monthly emails for status reports.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for about 3 weeks. It took a great deal of effort to get the dryer app installed. It was quite frustrating. There is a light in the dryer but it seems somewhat sporadic. It seems to dry pretty well but some of the heavier towels weren't quite dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dryer because of all of the different settings that it has for my laundry needs. I can put my queen size comforter in there to dry and it comes out dry the first time. The Smart settings are a great bonus as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally got to the point where we needed to replace our old dryer. Even though dryers are fairly simple, our new one has some wonderful features that we really appreciate. We love the steam feature where you can steam out wrinkles or the sanitary cycle to freshen up gently worn clothes. I personally love the app that tells you the status of your dryer.

I'm mostly happy with this product. because I'm blind, I love that I can use the app to help me select the cycle I need. However, I wish the Remote Start button was as easy to find on the dryer as it is on the washer. Also, a couple of the dryer's features aren't working properly. The normal cycle doesn't run rthe length of time indicated by the app, and when it's through it makes a sound that sounds like an error signal, although the app doesn't indicate any problems. Also, the timed dry feature isn't working right either. The dryer just runs for a short while, no matter how much time it's actually set to run. and the timed dry is impossible to set up in the app, which is the way I need to do it.
