After researching the reviews, we decided on this one. It has performed wonderfully well for us and we love it! Lots of choices for settings too.

They run nice & quiet and chime when the load is completed and send you text message. I also like the sanitizing feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer at the recommendation of my electronic repairman after owning a Kenmore dryer for 20 years. He told me LG has the best performance record. I like the height- easy to fold clothes on top of it. It has a large capacity and many dry cycles for all types of clothing. I have used the steam feature once and have yet to use the WiFi feature.

Within the first two years, we have had to replace the control panel after the door sensor stopped working, as well as replacing all 3 of the "fins" inside the dryer after they broke off. They're held on by two screws in flimsy plastic holes. I can't say I'll be buying an LG product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't get any of my loads to dry well. It takes multiple dries to dry clothes and still some are dry and some damp still. Sheets as well as towels loads all tangle in each other, making it very hard to separate, very wrinkled, and not well dried. I have not been impressed with this dryer and regret my purchase decision. Steam settings leave my clothes very wet after the drying cycle is "done." It does have a lot of cool potential features if it were to work properly.

Misleading advertising can lead to dissatisfied customers. Don't picture your product with something that isn't included without any type of disclaimer whatsoever. On top of that the quality of construction seems to be declining in LG products. I'm getting tired of reconnecting my appliances to my wi-fi. Other than that the dryer is fairly nice, just don't picture it with a pedestal unless it actually comes with one, or AT LEAST put an asterisk (*) with a disclaimer ....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is so efficient that I'm always amazed by how quickly my clothes are dry, even at a low temperature. I love that I can set it to keep my clothes tumbling if I know I will be out of the house or in bed when it is done so I don't have wrinkles. Being able to refresh clothing with a short cycle is also great!
