The controls are easy to read and it is easy to select the cycle you want. It is also easy to make adjustments within the cycle selected.

To have so many options built in on both is a blessing. You don't have to guess how to wash or dry anything that fits those. Really is one of the best things we have purchased recently.

Great look, quiet, easy setup minus the fact I didn’t realize the plug is based on age of the house/wiring - so this delayed my setup. I also didn’t put 5 star because I can’t figure out how to balance out the legs as they are not the same as the washer and the tool did not work.

Dryer has lots of features including steam options like "Steam Fresh" for removing wrinkles from clothes that you don't want to iron. Like my old dryer I have found even with the dry sensor when doing heaver clothes the dryer completes a cycle before the clothes are fully dry. When this happens you can just add a second manual dry cycle to finish drying the load or increase the dry level modifier to a very dry setting.

I can only agree with most of the reviews on this list. The dryers are pretty much useless. We called the service line we got told to reset the dryer and use it only on the speed dry setting and it worked for a few times, but it takes two or three hours plus times to dry. As a general contractor i see a lot of different systems and LG has been the worse product I have come seen and will try and discourage anyone from purchasing. .

We probably will not use all of the features, but it is nice knowing that there are smart options, and multiple settings for special loads. It's also a solid piece of machinery. Definitely recommend it.

I have been extremely satisfied with LG products for years and expect this one to last for years to come. p.s. this model is silent!

Purchased 11 mo. ago. Experienced a problem. Dryer would not stop running after cycle completed. Waiting on repair for about a week now. Process has not been that smooth. Discovered that sometimes it will work okay, other times not. Have to unplug it after every use. We are waiting on a new motherboard. Otherwise, I like the dryer.
