I didn't buy this from here but I have read all the reviews about touch screen and it not being one and the one i have is touch screen but on the description on here I saw nowhere where it says its a touch screen.

Showed to have a touch screen went on line and hp specs showed the same but when I call HP teck support they said no and when I told them there own specs showed touch screen they had no comment

NO touchscreen

this is not a touch screen. in the description it indicated that it was touch screen, which is why i purchased.

I knew I was Ted to purchase a laptop. I browse the models making my selection pulled the card and took the card to the associate. I was told they didn’t have that model. I asked why were there coupons in the computer slot. I was given a flimsy answer blaming a different areas fault. In the end there were no more models in that price range so I purchased a more expensive model. Love the computer but the associates were not helpful.
